Cons:
When I first arrived, I was told the minivan I rented had been sold. Then I was told he had to speak to the manager to see if he could find a minivan (which I needed to move my daughter out of her apartment). They "found" another minivan and it was filthy. Then I requested to be able to pay for tolls and they said this vehicle did not have that option. One would think that all rental vehicles would have that options. I then had to figure out how to attach the plate and pay for tolls on the highway to Illinois. I have rented vehicles from Hertz many times and this was not the best experience I have had.8,0 Very Good
