Cons (-) They came in to check on the rooms appliances and if everything was working when I was there. They were checking the fire alarms for hours

Pros (+) Kelly the evening desk guy was great. The ONLY good things about that place is him and the beds were fairly comfortable.
Cons (-) 1) Given a tub of dirty dishes. The day desk lady said she was going to go grab them and swap them out. She never did. When asked the next morning she said, "Sorry. It slipped my mind. I got busy." At 11:15 on Saturday I get a call asking me if I was going to pay for the next day because checkout was at 11. I had paid for 2 nights. She made me go down and check out and check back in. We got new ke...
