Their computers were down. Doors would not open. Very very very dirty rooms with hairs everywhere. This hotel should not be open to the public.
Ended up leaving in the middle of the night to go
Nothing. It was a complete waste of money.
First off when I got there it took me a minute just to find the front desk, then when I found it the lady was so slow I spent 15 minutes waiting behind 1 customer cause she had no one else to help her. Then they had no King beds in smoking available so I had to take non smoking unless I wanted a double bed and who wants a double when you aren't sleeping alone :/. The bed was horrible, the walls are thin and you could hear the kids running up and down the halls and through the walls. I left after midnight to go find another place to stay so the $96 was just a waste as I got none of that back. Also note that the place is under construction so almost everything everywhere else has available is closed off.
Worst hotel ever
There was a room available
No air conditioning in the common areas. The elevator did not work. The stairs are a maze. One set goes only to the second floor. Then you have to find another set to go to floors 3-4. None of this is clearly marked. It took us 20 minutes carrying luggage through HOT hallways to find our room. At check out they gave us a receipt with my name on it but it was some one elses bill and credt card info. Next time I will sleep in my car if this is the only available hotel in town.
Not a single thing.
The hotel was run down. Stains on the carpet, the walls in the hallways were kicked in at some points. Scuff and water stains throughout the hotel. Wore my sandles everywhere because of the condition of the floors. Only half the lights worked in the room. Electrical wires visible on broken fixtures. We looked up reviews for the hotel after we got there and found that they have an article online about a cease and desist order from the city to no longer allow people to stay in the hotel. Please do not stay in this hotel.
When we first got to the hotel there was a sign that said the pool and bar and restaurant was closed. I said why didn't they say that online on your website all they cool say was I don't know... So then I went on to ask where and when was the breakfast. The gentleman on the night shift (didn't arrive until 9) said he think it's 7-9 but he has no idea where it would be.. Next morning at 730 we looked around for the breakfast and still never found it. We went across the street to where the desk was and asked the lady where it was she said I honestly have no idea.. Our room had no phone no chain for the door ... I just felt almost I protective in this hotel.. We checked all the floors for an ice machine that worked and only 1 floor worked... None of the vending machines worked either... So when we went to check out Thursday morning I told the lasy about this and asked to speak to a manager she said there wasn't one but she would let her know everything that went on... No one ever even brought is towels... The worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
