Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to The Grove, Farmer's Market, and other local attractions. Many found the rooms clean and appreciated the friendly and professional service from staff, with several highlighting positive experiences at reception and with housekeeping. However, there were repeated concerns about value for price, with some guests feeling the hotel was overpriced for what it offered, and several reviews mentioned high parking fees and issues with deposit returns. Despite some noise and minor comfort issues, most guests enjoyed the overall atmosphere and would consider returning for the location and service.
