Perfectly comfortable, serviceable hotel. However, even though this location was located very close to LAX, the shuttle service was slow and infrequent, and we needed to wait for multiple shuttles which were full before getting on.
Cons:Hard to find. Shuttle system poor as far as leaving hotel
Cons:Didn’t sleep at all. Up all night listening to loud noises.
Pros:Staff was friendly. Quick check in and a quick check out.
Pros:I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It was very clean and everyone was very friendly. It's proximity to hotels in transit or very nice it was even nicer than some of the higher priced hotels in the area that we stayed at. I would definitely recommend this place .
Cons:I didn't like that parking was not included and if you wanted to do the valet it was $30 a day. The parking garage is nearby where between 15 and $20 each time you went.
Pros:There was a free airport shuttle. Walking distance to bus to take me to Venice Beach & Santa Monica.

Pros:You get a bedroom and a living room like suite for the price of a bedroom. Really good bedding that promotes a full night's rest.
Cons:If you have to stay at LAX, this is a good solution but at 200/night, it isn't the cheapest option near the airport.
Pros:clean facilities, friendly staff. Hotel shuttle is very handy. A reasonably-priced option if you have an early-morning flight the next morning.
Cons:Bathroom was strange- toilet kept running and we had to fix it (didn't bother calling the front desk- it was more of an annoyance than an issue...) sink was TINY, shower nozzle was very short.
Pros:Very comfortable bed & nice and clean.
Cons:Hallway & room smelled like sweet tobacco. Very unpleasant !!!
