Pros: Hotel is not that worn out. It looks decent from outside. Convenient location close to long beach port.
Cons: It looked like hotel is understaffed, missing room service personnel. Floor and bathroom were filthy. There was shampoo and soap but all thrown onto one pile like someone was just rushing it throug. Water standing in fridge, haven't been cleaned a while.

Cons: The staff here is absolutely rude and they made food this morning for themselves tortillas made with thyme left it in a huge pole outside for the flies with you right in front of the office. I went early this morning to pay for another night here and when I gave them my card and step out of the little check in area not 10 seconds later they are rapping my card against the window to get my attention and spoke so rudely to me yelling at me through the window and because their accent is so heavy I had a very hard time understanding them so they would just say the same thing over and over again. Getting more irritated and louder Everytime they repeated themselves.

Cons: Everything. Room, area, staff, and parking. Roaches, dead flies behind the bedstands, short hair on bed sheets (I made sure to check before getting in bed) and when I told staff to clean it or at least change the sheets, he got mad and told me to leave.

Cons: This motel is horrible. The place smelled of cigarette smoke, the pillows on the bed, both of them, were flat and the pillow cases were a disgusting brown color. The bathroom: The shower head had 10% flow. Had to call the front desk to come take a look. He swapped out the head, which I was thankful for. The towels should have been in a hazmat container and I'm not entirely sure what was growing around the sink. TV was old a blurry and the floors were dirty. Please avoid this place. You'll be thankful that you did.

Cons: One ceiling light for the room. Bathroom had a pedestal sink, no counter space. Sheets were clean but badly stained. They were replace the second day. Internet access was inconsistent.

Cons: The graffiti on the mirror. The fact that they tried to charge me $5 cash for my room key card. The bed was burnt, as in at one point on fire. The fridge didn't work. I had to check for hidden cameras in my room. Awful.

Cons: They didn't mention that they require a $5 "key deposit" at check in before they'll give you a room card-key. Which is kind of absurd. I didn't have $5 cash on me, so they insisted on keeping my Driver's License until I returned it. Ugh. Not cool, y'all.
