Electricity and water was not working and no one informed us until we got there
great location beside Victoria station
there is no elevator there is a little noise of the trains
Nothing. Only good thing was the location.
The room was surposed to be a family room. We were 6flghts of stairs up no lifts. It was flithy. There were hairs in the fridge. The shower didn't work properly. It flooded the wet room you had to wait for it to go down before using the toilet.
Very close to Victoria. You can leave and arrive at any time with the keycard that opens the front door. Cheap. Offers breakfast and has a tea and coffee station in the room, also a mini fridge. Comfortable bed. Good for someone on a budget looking for a place to sleep close to the station.
Stairs all the way up! Stairs for breakfast one floor down, stairs for the luggage deposit. Stairs to get to toilets and showers. No attempt to put us in a lower floor room despite my father being a senior or the fact I had specifically informed them of that before arriving.
the lady who serves breakfast was polite.
I arrived around mid afternoon upon my arrival the receptionist was standing outside the door and he had already noticed that I booked the property. having seen me approached the door to dial the bell he came from behind and opened the door without saying a word to me and disappeared inside ,then I had to wait for the door to be shut so that I can dial and someone will respond to me since i did not know who he was at that point .then I dialled and the same person showed up and opened the door again said nothing like 'how can I help' 'until I said I booked the hotel. I have to say the night receptionist is much better than the day guy. the other fictitious thing is WIFI,which does not work at all and the so called breakfast .speaking of breakfast the lady who serves the breakfast was so polite . Generally from what i can sense or experienced in the uk some Asian guys are impolite towards black people .this is my conclusion.
