Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, making it easy to explore the city on foot and enjoy nearby attractions. The service was frequently described as friendly, professional, and attentive, with staff going out of their way to make guests feel welcome. Many reviewers also highlighted the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, particularly the beds and linens. However, a common complaint was the small room size, which some found cramped and lacking in space. Overall, the positives of location, service, and cleanliness outweighed the negatives for most guests.
