Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to access major attractions and public transport. The service was highlighted as friendly, attentive, and accommodating, with several mentions of welcoming staff and thoughtful touches like complimentary drinks. Many guests appreciated the stylish decor and warm, inviting atmosphere throughout the property. Cleanliness received positive remarks, though a few noted issues in some rooms. However, room size was a common complaint, with several guests finding the rooms and beds smaller than expected, and storage space limited. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, especially for those valuing location and ambiance.
