Most guests appreciated the hostel's central location, friendly and helpful staff, and comfortable beds. However, there were frequent complaints about cleanliness, especially in bathrooms and common areas, as well as dissatisfaction with the breakfast, which was often missing or of poor quality. Some guests also noted noise issues and small room sizes, but overall, the positive atmosphere and good service stood out for many visitors.
