Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's breakfast and the friendliness of the staff, with several reviewers highlighting the quality and variety of the morning meal as a standout feature. Many guests also appreciated the helpfulness and professionalism of the front desk and management. However, cleanliness was a recurring issue, with multiple complaints about dirty bathrooms, unclean rooms, and maintenance problems. Some guests were also disappointed by unexpected charges, ongoing renovations, and amenities like the pool and gym being unavailable. Overall, while the service and breakfast were strong positives, improvements in cleanliness and transparency about hotel conditions are needed.
