Pros:
I had a long term rental (2 months) booked and confirmed. Then I was told they had no cars available of my class and that I should pay for a higher class, meaning a whole lot more money. On top of that the insurance was almost as much as the total cost of what I had payed in my reservation. So how does that work? I pay an amount that I think it is roughly my rental car cost and it turns out it is half of it because of the insurance? Why dont you communicate this in advance? I was so upset that I walked away without a car. And guess what, they did not care at all.Cons:

The incompetence of their staff, their lack of knowledge, how deceitful their charging practices are (yes, they are additional charges that will not be disclosed until you are actually in the store), their customer service department (oh my God...these are the worst people I've ever talked to on the phone), how understaffed these locations are, etc.Budget

Michael was extremely helpful with securing my rental. He was very considerate and patient.Cons:
I encountered 2 issues. First, the cigarette charger was inoperable in the vehicle which caused a delay in our departure. We have 3 toddlers and some form of entertainment was a paramount. We evenly came up with a work around as well as found a Auto Zone to replace the blown fuse. Second, the numbers available to call for extention were unmanned and I was told the one number on the keychain was 24/7. The contract was extended with success however a courtesy call or text would have saved a lot of heartache and stress wondering if messages and email request were received.3,6 Poor

On August 22nd I reserved online a passenger van to be picked up on August 24th. I was able to reserve it online but the next day I received a call from enterprise rent a car saying that they don't have that vehicle, I tried 3 other enterprise locations and after reserving this type of vehicle they would all call me about one hour later to tell me that they do not have a passenger van. So I made 4 reservations that had to be canceled in the end, this is ridiculous, apparently, they do not know which vehicles they have in stock, I told them I will never rent from enterprise again.8,4 Very Good

The vehicle I rented changed after I made my reservation. The confirmation screen said one type of vehicle while the email said a smaller type of vehicle. I was glad that I took a screenshot of the confirmation screen as proof of the larger vehicle.2,0 Poor
