Cons: 1) had to wait more than 30 minutes in line to check in 2) even in a nonsmoking room on a nonsmoking floor, the room, including bed linens, smelled like smoke 3) the AC was way too cold and turning it down didn't help -- eventually we just turned it off.

Cons: I was on the 18th floor with a river view and loved it; the only thing that could be improved is that in the bathroom there is no exhaust fan and after showering or bathing the room and mirrors gets fogged up. An exhaust fan would eliminate that problem.

Cons: Then the first room I checked in had the nastiest bathroom with dried urine all over the seat like a truck stop. The 2nd room was under construction and the 3rd was still dirty and no one helped with bags and I had a broken ankle.

Cons: The pool was over crowded and people were ignoring the rules of the pool area. The towels used to be full size now they're the size of a hand towel. Our first night there, no hot water, clogged sink and a pincher bug in our bed sheets. Stains on ceiling!

Cons: Pool should open sooner than 9:00am. $3.00 for a bottle of water is cruel and greedy in the desert! Across the river at Walmart I bought a 24 pack of those bottles of water for $3.00. Also would it kill you to put a coffee maker in the room. GREEDY!

Cons: Whole building reeks of marijuana- yea it’s legal in Nevada- I get it- but if your whole hotel reeked of whiskey- or sulfur- you might do something to remedy it. The building is run down- elevators don’t work well- hallways are filthy- TV cheap and blurry- place has an overall “cheap” feel that makes it seem worse than it actually is I suppose. You can tell they are trying.... just not really succeeding.

Cons: The line to check in at front desk was way too long. They need more staff at front desk. We ate at 24 hour cafe. Our food was not very good and overpriced. I didn't complain about food as we were hungry and tired. Hostess not very friendly.

Cons: Three groups booked rooms through booking.com separately. All three rooms were in farthest tower, at end of long hallway. One room was smoking, when non-smoking was booked and they wouldn't change it. The rooms were basic and served purpose. The pool had missing tiles and plaster. Would stay elsewhere next time.

Cons: Took forever to get drinks while playing slots and then they were watered down. Other hotels in the area provided better drinks and drink service. Pool facilities should stay open till 10:00 pm at least. The prices in the convenience store were way to high and nothing was marked. Will never shop there again. And last, the waitress in the Cafe seemed very distracted and uninterested in her customers. Had to finally go to the cashier to get check.

Pros: Casino is good, friendly staff
Cons: The room was old and dated. Looked dirty. Stains in the shower. Everything just looked run down. Was with our son. The pool was dirty. Most of the arcade games were broken. They have ridiculous amounts of tickets needed for prices.

Cons: Beach was closed for the season. Pool bar was closed for the season. Pool was not heated. Restaurants over priced and no happy hour. Room carpet was stained and had bad odor. Casino drive is a nightmare with road construction. Water taxi used to free.

Cons: Business attire was stated for the Range but not enforced. Didn't make reservations because of dress code and other restaurant was closed leaving us to eat at a less than appropriate location for a celebratory dinner

Cons: I think their could of been hand soap in the bathroom, the window in our room looking outside needed to be cleaned and an updated tv would of made the room nicer. Just more updated. The room also felt dark it could use better lighting or even paint the walls a more inviting color. Another thing is that I stayed during my birthday and I asked the front desk if they offer anything because I’m staying on the actual day of my birthday and they said they don’t offer anything which is a bummer considering I paid money to stay in Laughlin and the hotel can’t offer me anything.
