We booked this hotel for December 2025 believing it would be under the Accor management - not so lucky. The property smells of smoke throughout its casino, hallways, public areas, and restaurants. There are no amenities in the room housekeeping did not show up for two nights stay the mattress was lumpy. There’s nothing good to say about this hotel until it converts to Accor

Resort fees were high considering the pool was closed. Prices are high. Dining options on site are limited. The Chinese restaurant and steak house were the only good places.Lucky there were more options in the mall and the Venetian (across the street). Most staff were ok, but security and the woman at “Guest Services” were so bad they bring down the rating for everyone else.

If the Treasure Island Hotel were a motel I would rate them higher. But, my expectations for a hotel are much higher. Let’s start with the good. The room was clean. When we asked for extra pillows, it was taken care of immediately. We had fresh towels daily and hot water. Staff was friendly and helpful. Now the not so good. Starbucks has two locations onsite. Travelled with family; reached about 3 hours before the check-in time and they asked $40 extra for early check-in. Such a big resort with hundreds of available rooms in non-peak season, it was sad to see they asking $40 extra for 3 hour early check-in.

My non-smoking room smelled of smoke. So did my friends’ room one floor down. Dates interiors. Lack of amenities, including a bottle of water in the room, was problematic considering the mandatory resort fee, which apparently didn’t even pay for pool access. The room I stayed in didn’t have a refrigerator. The food at the coffee shop was horrible and the server I had there was even worse. I ordered and she got it wrong…. It was a bagel!!!
