Pros (+) Everything but the knock on the door, frankly
Cons (-) We got an insistent knock on the door at 6am (after having arrived at 1am w/ small kids) waking everyone up. Once I finally got to answering the door, he said he had the wrong room and just walked away. Sure, it was an honest mistake, but messed up our first day.
