Pros: Wonderful! Beautiful quaint hotel. Great location close to everything but tucked away.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very helpful! We arrived later in the evening but Ulysses was happy to show us around the property and made checking in a breeze. He also recommended some great restaurants (I highly recommend checking out Banditos!). The room was beautifully decorated and had the most gorgeous tiles in the shower. I wish all hotels looked like this! Water jugs around the property so you don't have to worry about buying and water. Free breakfast was also awesome! I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in La Paz.
Cons: The hotel is located slightly outside of the central zone, so it's a bit of a walk to the main stretch of restaurants and shops/the malecon. Only a few blocks though!
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast, staff and location.
Cons: The bed was a little too firm.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were lovely, very welcoming and super friendly. Showed us our room and the other areas of the hotel on arrival. The decor of the hotel was a really cute Mexican style. Amazing free breakfast given, definitely one of the best I've had in Mexico! Great shower and comfortable beds. Hotel had everything I needed. Would go back without hesitation.
Cons: I liked everything. It is a little bit of walk from the centro, in a more residential area. Definitely not a problem for me, as it was very easy to walk to the Malecon and into La Paz.
6,0 Good

9,0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful resort. Nice pool and nice staff.
Cons: The lack of transportation options from Cabo airport. They need to partner with the bus company (ecobaha?) to arrange for better shuttle service. I could not get the concierge to understand that I couldn’t get the bus service’s website to work on my phone and I was hoping they could arrange my reservation. It didn’t seem like something they did regularly.
3,3 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing in particular
Cons: Bad cleaning of the room, no new towels, very slow room service, very slow service in the restaurant, very poor but expensive breakfast.

6,0 Good
Pros: Friendly staff, convenient location
Cons: The rooftop bar was closed, as was the restaurant - so there was no way to see the view out over the water. There was a very loud generator run at 6am both mornings, making it impossible to sleep even with earplugs.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic location on the Malecon! Super helpful staff. Superb selection of restaurants within a block or two. Small and secured parking garage. The upstairs restaurant has great views of the bay!
Cons: As reviewed many times before- you’re right on the Malecon, so you will hear a lot of pedestrian and vehicle noise. Especially on a Saturday night! We brought earplugs and all was well.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Great central location.
Cons: Beds are super firm and uncomfortable.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Service, location and friendliness of staff
Cons: A bit noisy from traffic
8,3 Excellent
Cons: The floor was dusty and needed mopped. The terrace was the same..
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Location was perfect. They had a heater, air , tv good internet. Most people friendly. Great for Mexico.
Cons: The directions to the parking. Not clear. The front desk girl just pointed in the general direction. We found because of the one way streets we had to drive about four blocks To get to the back of the hotel. Where they had a limited amount of parking that they would need your key to move cars around. Then I found a parking lot with 24 hour guard for 2.50 for 24 hours a half block from hotel. I was telling the guard how small the parking was at the hotel, then he said 7 crowns had free parking in their lot as well. Never told this. So this is how you do it. Pull up to front of hotel they have one open parking spot. Check in get your stuff out and up to room, then go down. Drive west on the Malecon turns right on first street possible a couple blocks, go to next one way turn right again. Drive a couple blocks back east. Turn right to get to huge parking lot with guard or go to back of hotel where they have a rotating funky parking. Now that I understand the parking I will be going back. They should have a small map or at least explain the parking situation, rather than just pointing to the general direction.
5,7 Okay
Pros: Location and comfortable bed.
Cons: It would be better to close the restaurant than to run it so poorly. It would be helpful if they had some English, were not lazy, knew how to mix drinks, and were generally aware of their customers.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Close to restaurants and walking
Cons: Bathroom too small, no where to put things

9,0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing staff and breakfast
6,0 Good
Pros: Breakfast buffet was the best thing about our stay. Various and tasty options. We liked it a lot!
Cons: AC did not work. Safe did not work. You have do make a deposit of MXN 500 at the reception to get the TV remote control - but they don't tell you that - we found out about it after searching for 10mins. They were doing maintenance work at 8am in the room above us! Were not able to sleep long because of that. They also kept doing so until 10pm! We wanted a coffee and a muffin, so went down to the restaurant and all we got was a bad tasting muffin and cheap coffe from a machine and got charged MXN 130 for that! Pillows were not that comfy.
6,3 Good
Pros: Rooms were clean and were being renovated
Cons: The breakfast was awful, a lot of work going on. Some of the reception staff were a little unwelcoming/unhelpful.

6,0 Good
Pros: In a rural part of town. Grounds, rooms are spanish decor.
Cons: Told him we were tired and wanted to go to our room. The owner sat us down and gave us a 30 minute spiel on the activities, food etc. in La Paz even when were only staying one night and a couple of hours the next day. And, he would not take a credit card, which I later found no mention of in any of the booking sites. Later asked for an extra towel and was given a cold stare. My partner, Brian, went to the patio at 7 in the morning and the owner was sitting at the common breakfast area drinking coffee. Brian asked if he could have coffee and the owner said no, not until 8. Every time Brian went into the secure garage, the owner followed him, as if Brian was going to steal the washing machine or something. We were so frustrated we left before the breakfast was served at 8.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We had a wonderful week-long stay at the Hacienda Paraiso! The property is lovely, everything from the breakfast and swimming pool area to the rooms is decorated tastefully with Mexican craft. Richard was the most attentive host, he was very flexible and accommodated us when we needed to make last-minute changes to our stay. He also organized a walking trip to the desert with Benjamin which we cannot recommend enough! We got to see many fascinating plants and animals, as well as rupestrian paintings and human artifacts over 7000 years old! Conversations with Richard and the other guests over the delicious Mexican breakfast were another highlight. Finally, Richard had many great tips on what to do in the area, from shopping to dining to finding the most beautiful beaches. We cannot wait to go back!

Pros: The owners were incredible. So helpful and friendly.
10,0 Excellent

Pros: Beautiful property. Owner is really helpful with ideas about things to do. Pretty enough to lounge by the pool but many activities to choose from. Parking is private and secure. Breakfast was lovely and freshly prepared each day.
Cons: Nothing
4,6 Okay
Pros: The garden
Cons: The room was terrible. Half the size as promised. Bed also not a queen but somewhere in between a single and a double. Very worn out. Price was totally overrated. 30 dollar room instead of 90. We payed one night and left. Very disappointing
5,8 Okay
Pros: The host was very informative about things to do in the area, but a bit pushy and it would have been nice to settle in before inandated with what he told us we should do.
Cons: First morning our car was locked in garage and owner left with key. Owner sat with his feet resting on table before breakfast. When we returned in the afternoon the smell in our room was so fowl we couldn't use the AC.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The owner was so nice with us, very helpful all the time. The hotel is beatiful and cozy! Great place, I totally recommended!

Pros: well kept grounds. on site restaurant. nice pool with comfortable lounge chairs.
Cons: no complimentary upgrade
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location is great. It is a simple basic decor. very classic. Nothing fancy but very practical. Bed was comfy. The room has a kitchen but very minimal. If you plan to cook bring your own sharp knives and pots etc. fantastic restaurant attached to hotel. Clean room. Value was great. Location great. Malacon is right there so you can walk into the main strip in 10 minutes
Cons: Hot water tank way too small. They need to change the shower heads so they dont have so much pressure and conserve more hot water. Everyday we ran out of hot water for the first shower then had to wait 20 minutes for it to get hot for the second person. Parking is a little tough since not enough spots when hotel is booked up.
7,5 Good
Pros: Located directly across the street from The malecon and the ocean. Easy walk along the malecon to town. There is a nice small cafe on site.
Cons: Room shown was not as described in the booking. We had to pay more to upgrade to what we believed we had already paid for. Upgraded room spacious and nice, but felt this process was CB the norm, and never feels right. Spa by pool was not in working order, and pool bar not open,
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing place
Cons: Location and all
9,6 Excellent
Cons: El Moro was wonderful. The only thing it lacked was secured parking.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Super cute hotel! At the malecon but a little bit outside. Quiet place to stay. Staff is more than helpful and friendly. In our room Wi-Fi did not work, so we got an upgrade and easily switched rooms. They help as well and organize tours. In walking distance to most bars.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Size of the suites are good. Bed is huge. At the end of the Malacon so quiet. A nice walk into the center. Restaurant is EXCELLENT. Baking is delicious and so nice to be able to purchase for morning or late night desserts. Grounds are beautiful. Lots of loungers and big pool towels. Lots of hot water for showers.
Cons: The pool is not heated and the hot spas were not working. The units could have better kitchen dishes/glasses/cutlery. We only had 1 wine glass, no table placemats and it is a glass table.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This is a small hotel with a beautiful pool, garden and charming mexican-style cottage room. The service staff are very friendly, helpful and good at their job. The most helpful one was the younger front-desk staff - too bad we did not get the chance to tip him as we left because he was not on duty. The location of this hotel at the seaside promenade makes it a good choice too.
Cons: The room floor was dusty on our first night but got cleaned up the next day

7,0 Good
Pros: The room and breakfast are OK, the hotel is located very close to the seaside promenade but a little far from the city center. Friendly staff. Affordable, and good value.
Cons: Very noisy. During the night a lot of noise in the room from the air conditionings (in plural, not only from the room, but from other apparatuses in the building). During the day, music in the swimming pool, very disturbing since noise isolation is bad. No way of relaxing in the room.

Cons: Room to room noise. No English language television channel options.

Pros: The room is huge and clean.
Cons: The hours of operation of the SPA and gym. It should be open on weekends when the room is the costliest.

2,0 Mediocre
Pros: pros: —-Rooms are spacious. Flooring was new. Had a mini fridge and two free bottles of water. —-front desk Staff was very friendly
Cons: Cons: —-Awful pillows—-flat and worn down —Security cameras were not operational the whole time we were there. —-Frosted glass bathroom (toilet) door—-do you enjoy going to the bathroom in front of the person you are traveling with? Then this place is for you! —-Really old security guard that was watching tv and not securing much of anything —-Pool needs major renovations and was unclean. We never saw them check PH. Bottom of the pool has not been vacuumed in a while. Tile has mildew growing along the sides. The cement is cracking around the edge (see photos). —-Poor door locks. They don’t have a deadbolt or slide chain. Only the lower door knob with lock in it. —-Tiny tv in the room with only two English speaking channels, even though 75% of guests were English speaking. Tv was about 30”. —-Intermittent WiFi. Had so much issue maintaining connectivity. —-Bathroom tile is dirty. The floor tile was black in places. —-Bland chilaquiles. I had the Rojo chilaquiles and they were really bland. —-Limited breakfast menu. There are 7 option: continental breakfast (toast, fruit, juice, coffee), American breakfast (toast, eggs, coffee, juice), pancakes, yogurt with fruit, omelette, mollettes or chilaquiles. That’s it. —-Beach is awful. Low tide is 2-7 pm. There is a lot of debris in the sand so you must wear water shoes. No beach chairs. —-The list of included amenities said “in room coffee maker”. That’s true. But it’s a Keurig style and each pod costs $40 pesos.
6,7 Good
Pros: The staff is very kind and friendly and does their best to support clients needs.
Cons: Overall the hotel lacks infrastructure, and is in need of updates. The housekeeping service is inconsistent at best and while the hotel is not dirty per se, it is not clean. The restaurant is very limited in its services and the beach area is somewhat misrepresented in the photos and don’t show abandoned buildings in the region.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Location was great, pool was clean, wonderful and refreshing.
Cons: Staff could not give s change to pay tip in cash
1,0 Poor
Pros: Nothing to like
Cons: My night is ruined, stay away of this hotel!! 4:00 pm November 23th - AFTER charging our credit card, the hotel front desk person said there will be a wedding on the night we stayed, the loud band music will continue until 11:30pm and wedding guest shall leave at 12:00am. Bare in mind that this is a small hotel and the wedding venue was right outside my window. 8:00PM November 23th- We went back to our room, the music was extremely loud but we waited patiently hoping that the music will be over by 11:30PM as promised by the hotel front desk staff when checked in. 11:38PM November 23th- The music was not stopping. I went down to talk to the front desk first and asked him to talk to the party hosts. That person on duty doesn’t understand or speak English, said he can’t help and shrugged his shoulders. 11:45PM November 23th- The band music continues on. I went to talk to the DJ and asked him to stop the music now since the hotel staff promised that the music will stop at 11:30PM. The DJ refused with extremely rude attitude. I asked him to lower the volume a bit even if he could not stop, the DJ refused and ignored me, with no intention of fixing the situation. 12:00AM November 24th - The band music stopped and the party continues on with people chatting and laughing loudly. 1:20AM November 24th - The guest from the wedding continues to play music in their car right outside the hotel window. The police finally came and they left.

Pros: A very pleasant stay, good dinner, octopus to the mesquite our favorite, despite being locals we like shared our time and from time to time escape and enjoy a nice stay.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Their service was great and the staff is incredibly friendly. After a long trip, we slept in a bit and almost missed breakfast, so they offered to bring it to our room - way above and beyond! Two beds and two baths made it super convenient for the two of us. It is less than 100 yards to the water with lots of great restaurants there - local, friendly, filled with fish and tequila and mescal. The marina is about a mile away and well worth a visit, plus another great restaurant with wonderful service. They had a special tequila - a hand-written label with the serial number and such - that they let us have after we finished the bottle. That is a special gift for a special someone. All of the services you might need are within that 1 mile walk, which is a promenade for everyone - there are lots of folks who walk that in the evenings and it is a great place to view sunsets. The resort was beginning to fill up with Holy Week (Semana Santa) vacationers, and there were families enjoying the pool. Kids having fun is the universal feel-good medicine! They have a washer and dryer on site for $5 with laundry soap, and a garage for your vehicle if you have one. I highly recommend Las Gaviotas to anyone looking for a relaxing comfortable place to stay.
Cons: The occasional car horn or dog barking - almost not even worth mentioning since it did not bother us at all.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Location, amazing balcony to people watch, very friendly and helpful staff, wonderful deal for the money
Cons: The AC was not very cold and the occasional poor smell from the bathroom, but otherwise it was absolutely wonderful
2,5 Mediocre
Cons: We are really disappointed, after reserving 5 days we just stay one night, everything in that place not even a resort were broken, bad attention, plus not refound..the owner who attends the place kept all the money...not even a percent of the payment wanted to refund. All around the place was dirty, brokend and old. And couldn't believe was rate with 9!!
8,0 Excellent
Cons: They never seem to be able to find our reservation when we check in. I also feel like the way they handled breakfast "We're not cooking for our guests anymore" was rather dismissive and unfortunate. Otherwise we love this place a lot; the location cannot be beat.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The owners were super nice - they were accommodating and responsive to our needs. The condo was large and spacious and worked great for our family of 4.
7,9 Good
Pros: I liked the closeness to restaurants and stores.
Cons: It is older and some parts aren’t kept up. It was hard to open and unlock the main door to get into the hotel.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The view is wonderful. Close to The Malecon restaurants and shops. Very peaceful, quiet and secured.
Cons: Furniture, refrigerator and TV in room too old needs and upgrade. Pool was a bit dirty when we arrived.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Linda the owner was wonderful. She made us feel really welcome. She helped us book a boat trip, and she made each breakfast feel like a personalised service. On check in she immediately organised an extra bed for our 3rd child (most hotels can't be bothered). She recommended some good things to do in La Paz. The rooms were big and comfortable with all the kitchen facilities you could need and breakfast was good. All the staff were friendly. The location is great, just a 1-minute walk from the main seafront and all the restaurants.
Cons: We enjoyed our stay, but a few things could have improved it from a great stay to a superb stay. The room cleaning was a little sub-par. It looked like the apartment could do with a really good spring clean. For example, there was mould behind both of the bathroom sinks, and on the sink plugs, and if we went bare feet in the apartment we would have black soles within 5 minutes. One time my sons nappy (diaper) leaked a little overnight, so we left the sheets pulled back so they would be changed, but the maid just put them back on. The next day we had to throw them on the floor to get them changed. A few times we left the shower mat on the floor to be changed because it was dripping wet (the shower was so powerful it squirted out of the shower curtain onto the shower floor) and instead of replacing it, the shower mat disappeared. We also had a puddle in the bathroom from the shower that was not mopped up in 5 days. On the one time we saw the maid clean the room, she spent less than 10 minutes in the 2-bed apartment which is probably not enough to give it a thorough clean.
6,0 Good
Pros: Location, location, location. Accommodating staff. Huge Balcony!! Water pressure and hot water were fabulous in BOTH bathrooms.
Cons: Noisy. Just a Malecon thing (take the good with the bad and take earplugs). We also had a slight hiccup with our lock which was partially fixed at a rate lesser than anticipated. Our only real complaint.
5,0 Okay
Pros: The location is convenient . Staff is friendly but takes them forever to get to the front desk
Cons: The furniture is outdated. Front desk never had anyone, always have to ring the bell and it takes them couple minutes to get there. Fridge freezes everything. It is dark and dingy in the room. Pool was not a heated pool as stated in the ad. Construction next door which blew debris to the pool.

Cons: Noise talking hear from open plaza layout but after 10pm quiet.
6,2 Good
Pros: Price

Pros: This was a fairly low end hotel, but that was OK since that was what I was looking for. It was very inexpensive, but also clean and comfortable. It was nicely situated around a pool.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The space of the room.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: Liked everything
7,1 Good
Pros: We stay here regularly when we come to La Paz to shop. The hotel is in a quieter residential area, which feels safe and has lots of room for parking. The cost is reasonable. There's nothing fancy - it's clean and basic.
Cons: Poor wifi and tv service.
5,8 Okay
Pros: 1. Big hotel just in 5 minutes from the beachfront. 2. Parking inside the hotel territory. 3. Not very big, but clean rooms.
Cons: 1. It is too loud inside the hotel. The building has a form of a well with a pool inside of it and rooms as walls of a well. This construction makes a lot of echoes and if somebody talks (even not too loud) outside the room you would hear him on the other side of the hotel. 2. Receptionists don't speak English. Even a little. They have one lady who speaks and if you have some complicated question they call her so you can talk to her. So it is not very easy to solve any problems. 3. There are private houses in the neighbourhood of the hotel. And one night there was a party in one of the houses. It was veeery loud! And by midnight it reached the peak of loudness. We had asked reception to do something and they refused. We had asked reception to call the police and they refused again! Keeping in mind the construction of the hotel you might guess how loud it was. And keep in mind that reception doesn't speak English. We couldn't do anything and were forced just to keep drinking :) In the end, we were able to fall asleep at about 4 AM

Pros: Rooms can use a little TLC but the bed was comfortable with plenty of shower hot water. Perfect service. I love the restaurant. Pool area and beach spectacular. Highly recommended.
4,0 Okay
Pros: The location of the hotel is perfect with a private beach and the dive center The Cortez Club right next to the hotel.
Cons: The pictures of the hotel rooms looked a lot nicer than they actually were. The rooms are old and a bit worn down with thin doors, so if people talked outside our door, we could hear everything. The cleaning is not great, the day we checked in we found a lot of hair on the floor in the bathroom. The cleaning got better after we complained to the hotel, but it still wasn't great.
5,1 Okay
Pros: beach front location
Cons: beds, bathrooms, lights not working, clogged shower heads, drain covers not secured.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: We enjoyed walking on the beach. The service was great in the dining room. The front desk was very helpful and the maids we very attentive in cleaning the room.
Cons: We enjoyed the food how quiet it was.
7,1 Good
Pros: Great pool. Cool Asian inspired theme. Nice staff. Okay beach. Clean. Good view. Next door to the dive shop, so very convenient for divers and snorkelers.
Cons: Very small room could barely move. Messy beach. Not great food. Nother great fresh air circulation in the room. Windows don't open, but there is a small deck with a sliding glass door, but a broken sliding screen door.
8,2 Excellent
Pros: Beach, location and food
Cons: Broken glass on beach, they should not serve beer in bottles.
7,0 Good
Pros: The location on the water was great.
Cons: The hotel could be more updated but for the price it was a good deal
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Great food and servings size. Great location :)
Cons: The customer service at the counter the first day was a little rough, there was this guy that would answer questions but his attitude was bad.
5,0 Okay
Cons: We booked for two nights but checked out after only one night. The property was clean but dated. The dining room was very dark so we decided to eat at a restaurant next to La Concha. The location was a bit too far out of town for our liking so we left a day earlier. Thanks, Bob Aishford

Pros: Clean
Cons: No hot water in the shower. They didn't accept dolars
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Beds we're comfortable. Great location.
Cons: A few English speaking TV stations like CNN would be nice.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: there’s a collectivo and cinema opposite the hotel.
Cons: it’s 30min walk from the malecon.
7,9 Good
Pros: Very pretty older hotel. It could’ve been more well-maintained but it was still in excellent value. Surrounded by nightlife but it appeared somewhat unsafe. Secure parking mitigates that
Cons: Location wise somewhat unsafe.
6,8 Good
Pros: Overall aesthetics were nice. Room was clean and Beds were made. Staff was very polite.
Cons: Grime and calcium buildup in showers. HARD bed. Hotel Smell.
4,2 Okay
Pros: Unwelcomed when i arrived, and bathrooms are horrible and old
Cons: Leaving
7,5 Good
Pros: The rooms are spacey and clean. The A/C worked great, comfortable beds, the staff's service was very good and there is room for improvement. Lobby and common areas were clean. Breakfast is a good idea but wasn't included in my package with booking.com, so I had to pay separately. All the staff acknowledge you on the premises or greeted you. Overall experience was good.
Cons: The shower is above the floor level and where the platform meets the wall, there is a hole or it broke. It needs attention so the room doesn't look abandoned. There are no hand towels and the sink is across the room's hall, it will very helpful to place a hand towel by the sink and avoid the guest that inconvenient. I was assigned a room on the third floor and the button to call the elevator didn't work, so you had to go down the stairs to the second floor to get on the elevator (big inconvenience specially if you are handicap). There are no black out drapes and the doors to keep the light from coming into the room don't close, so if you want to sleep late or catch a nap, good luck with it. The safe deposit boxes didn't work on both of the rooms that I stayed in and there were no instructions to use them. The staff at the desk is good but could do a better job at selling their product and make the clientele captive.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Next to the ford dealer and plenty of food options within walking distance
Cons: The bathroom wasn’t very clean and the lights in the shower did not work
9,2 Excellent
Cons: There was no phone on the room to call front desk...

Pros: It was handy to the bus terminal and the Malecon. The staff was helpful and polite. It was very affordable.
Cons: We had a room on the street, with an ocean view, which was very noisy. The bathroom had a strong smell of some kind of cleaning chemical. We checked-out early...

7,5 Good
Pros: Location and room and staff were great. But it was $140 instead of the $45 as it said on Booking.com. This should be clarified!
Cons: The fact that it was not even close on description or price! Very deceiving when you are counting on the accuracy of the description, location and price! Had to spend $100 more than expected!!! No Bueno!!!
7,5 Good
Pros: Breakfdt included, large space.
Cons: The owner was very pleasant but not thar accessible. Accommodation was spacious ,good for a family but needed some TLC. It was OK for the price but had expected a higher standard as experienced in the main building where I stayed 10 yrs ago.
3,8 Mediocre
Pros: Towels were clean and there was ample toilet paper.
Cons: Filthy. And neglected. Used to be my favorite place for several years. So disappointing. Pool was empty. WIFI out of service. TV broken. Dust on all surfaces. Dirty walls. Batteries missing in 2 a/c remote controls. But the worst part is the owners do not care!!! We reported the issues to them but they completely ignored us! The husband was especially rude and lied about the WIFI. He told us to use the WIFI in the lobby of their other property around corner. He also said the WIFI was going to be fixed in the morning. It was not ever fixed. We paid 2 nights, so we stayed, but we will never return.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Simple, clean, nice owners. A very simple Guest house with comfortable rooms on a side street one block behind the waterfront Malecon. Walking distance to everything.
Cons: Can't think of anything.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was terrific. We really enjoyed the delicious food and visiting with other travelers while we ate. Our room was clean and comfortable. The check in process was smooth. We really liked the location which was quiet but just a short walk from the action on the malecon and seashore.
Cons: The pool area in our facility was rather neglected. However, the nice pool at the sister facility was made available to us.
3,3 Mediocre
Pros: Good location to Malacon, friendly staff.
Cons: Overall property and rooms were very worn, in poor condition with many broken items and dirty (spider webs/nests, dirt on floors, counters, etc.)

Pros: Nothing in particular
Cons: Bad cleaning of the room, no new towels, very slow room service, very slow service in the restaurant, very poor but expensive breakfast.

Pros: Terrific, friendly and knowledgeable staff
Cons: Room to room noise. No English language television channel options.
7,1 Good
Pros: The room is huge and clean.
Cons: The hours of operation of the SPA and gym. It should be open on weekends when the room is the costliest.

Pros: The staff was amazing. Super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about La Paz.

6,0 Good
Pros: Friendly staff, convenient location
