Great Place To Stay
Everything from the reasonable room size for a Japanese hotel (we went for the King North Terrace which was one of the bigger rooms), complimentary drink at night including reasonable quality spirits, wine etc., live music at night, leisure areas with comfortable seating, complimentary beverages (on ground floor) with a range of coffees to choose from etc., a reasonable buffet breakfast with enough choices to cater for western dining, free washing machines and dryers and it is very close to the station and the bus terminal.
The only place to stay in Kyoto
Hotel is close to the trains, close to a reliable taxi company, and has amazing facilities. Some of the best accomodations for the price I have ever had.
Great hotel, staff and location
This was a great hotel located right near the central station. You get a free drink of your choice from the bar every night. The rooms are really nice and staff very friendly. The hotel restaurant is also very good.
Great hotel by the train station
The rooms were spacious for Japan standards. I liked the bath and the other Anne ties offered on the property.
Sakura Terrace The Gallery first opened in March of 2015 and is conveniently located near most of Kyoto's attractive locations. The hotel is a quick, two-minute walk away from the JR Kyoto Station. This means guests will enjoy easy access to every part of the city the train can take them to. Also, the hotel offers an on-site cafe where guests are able to enjoy some delicious coffee and tea. The house-roasted coffee is freshly roasted each day, while the green tea and black tea is authentic and delicious. Guests are also sure to find many more comforts in the hotel's accommodations and amenities.
Free wireless Internet access is available to guests throughout the hotel. This allows guests to enjoy any of their favorite websites or online streaming services. Meanwhile, luggage service is available to guests around the clock, while vending machines offering an assortment of beverages are also available in the hotel. Guests looking to relax after a long day of exploring Kyoto's best are sure to enjoy the hotel's public bath and sauna. The hotel also offers massage services for an additional charge.
Each of the modern rooms in the hotel offers comfortable mattresses and plush beddings with a flat-screen TV, as well. A private bathroom accompanies each room and offers guests free toiletries and an accessible hairdryer. A Japanese-Western style buffet is offered to guests for breakfast, while dinner options are also available at the hotel's restaurant. Whatever the case, guests are sure to enjoy their stay.
