Location was excellent, welcome drink was lovely as was the spa services.Staff were very nice and helpful.
First of all the staff are wonderful and helpful The process of check in was smooth. I was impressed with the design of the hotel, the lobby is Amazing and unusual indoor outdoor environment the ceiling is the sky in the middle so when it’s raining you can be on the sofa watching the rain in front of you. They offer daily complementary ice and hot coffee / tea/ berries drinks The dinner price was reasonable with life beautiful music The room I booked was twin with balcony and I was so happy with the dice of bed and the room, the cleanliness was daily You can find everything thing in the bathroom and they offer daily yukuta for the hot public bath The location is brilliant 2 min from JR train station and subway also close to Aeon Mall (big mall with lots of activities inside like cinema and supermarket and food hall, kids play area...etc) All in all was great experience, if you are looking for accommodation right now in Kyoto don’t miss this hotel it’s a STAR.
May be the fire area in the lobby which is part of the hotel decoration because it was producing more heat and the weather was hot and the humidity was too high, I think in winter this fire would be so marvelous
The hotel has two buildings and it looks like apartments rather than hotel. It is very close to Kyoto station, you can walk to there for 5 mins. Room is small but very comfortable. We went to the public bath, it is a bit small but we still liked it. There is a 7/11 store next to the hotel, it is very convenient.
The staff was friendly but the check in process was very slow. It seems she was not very confident when talking in English and she was not familiar with check in process. We saw an advertisement for renting a car, but it was only for Japanese local people (very sad). Hope it will provide more information of traveling or car rental for foreigners in the future.
1) The free drinks every night and free coffee or tea every morning. 2) With cold drinking water for the guests to refill the bottles in the dining room. 3) Wonderful public bath. 4) Its location: near Kyoto station but in a quiet area.
The breakfast is expensive. It will be nicer if there is the alternative to order instead of buffet breakfast which usually we don’t need such amount.
Very good location, 2min from the station. The hotel has a very nice atmosphere and when we were there, there was live music every evening. The staff is very helpful and there is always coffee and tea available for free.
Nothing to point out.
