Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location near Kurashiki Station and the Bikan Historical Quarter, making it convenient for sightseeing and travel. The amenities, especially the public bath, sauna, and spa, receive high marks for comfort and cleanliness, with many guests highlighting the relaxing experience. Service is often described as friendly and helpful, with staff assisting with luggage and providing thoughtful touches. However, several reviews mention that the rooms and facilities are somewhat old or small, and some guests note noise from thin walls. Overall, the positives of location, amenities, and service outweigh the negatives.
