Cons: Firstly, i don't get any email feedback from them. i ask them if they can allow me to check in early because i want to check out at same day. i message using this booking.com twice but no answer. i book another room for my friend and still message same question but no reply. Secondly, they not provide airport shuttle even though in this website they said they can provide for customer. They also not help us to book the taxi. It's impossible the hotel don't have any taxi office number. im so angry because when first i check in to this hotel, they said they can find us the airport shutter cost RMB100. I also tell them i want to check out 9pm and one of the staff said okay. But when the time we check out, the another staff said they not provide any airport shutter or taxi. bad day for me and friend. we are too lost how to get the taxi to airport and the bad thing is our flight on that day. Lucky the agent travel in front the hotel help us to take a taxi. the staff hotel not help us. Thirdly, this hotel not give us any maps or information how to go to the city. in front the hotel got the bus stand but, all write in chinese. and the city is far from the hotel. u have to take bus or taxi to go nanping pedestrian. its so far to walk if u have old family member. lastly, the check in process is too long. the staff look dont know how to use the printer photostat its take 30 minutes to wait them to settle the check in process.

It had been my choice, so there is actually nothing to complain about. I got freshly fried eggs but did not get ham or bacon because of language problems.

Cons: The food in the hotel restaurant - whether the morning breakfasts or from the regular lunch and dinner menu - was not very appealing to Western guests. Many items seemed to be reheated or "luke warm" at best. There was no English menu. The doors to the fitness area were always bolted shut and you needed to get an attendant for the swimming pool to open them.

Cons: The decor is old and there were junks all over the place like fire extinguisher placed on the kitchen floor, wifi router on the floor, one of the shower door cannot slide and close, hanging cable wires from the floor, etc. Air conditioner is weak , urine sewage smell in the bathroometc. I think I rented a place from a slumlord. The only good rating is the professional courtesy and friendliness of the staff. I would not recommend this place at all.
