Pros: The whole service, the rooms, the bed, the breakfast on the club floor. Just great. Next visit to Kunming - this will be my place.

Pros: Very close to Kunming South Train station(10mins by taxi) so it was convenient transit night for my wife & daughter who stayed there for the night on their way to Shilin. The staff at concierge, especially Mark so very helpful. He tried to help my wife &daughter book highspeed train ticket to Shilin on his mobile but when it was fully booked (holiday season) he gave them very clear instructions on how to get the bus.

Pros: Facility well maintained and staff are very friendly and helpful even during an extremely busy breakfast time. Location is perfect for us as we need to go to Kunming south for high speed train.

Pros: Location was a little out of the city centre but it was closer to Kunming South Train Station. Room and bathroom were both a nice size. Very clean with nice bathtub. Staff were very nice, polite and tried to help. Subway station close by.

Cons: When they arrived late at night & requested room service, quite a few dishes on the menu weren't available. Then we the meal was delivered , they were expected to pay upon delivery and not able to charge it to the room account. Odd for a hotel of that calibre.

Cons: Sometimes the elevators can be super smoky because of some guests smoking indoors even that’s strictly forbidden by the hotel.
