Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, making it convenient for shopping, dining, and exploring Kunming. Many reviewers highlight the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, as well as the good variety offered at breakfast. While the service receives mixed feedback, with some staff language barriers and slow responses mentioned, the overall experience is positive due to the excellent location and well-maintained facilities. Some guests note that the hotel is a bit dated, but this does not overshadow the benefits of staying in such a prime area.
