Pros: I really appreciated my experience at this hotel. The staff at the reception was helpful and kind, they prepared for me my takeaway breakfast because I left before breakfast time (really big thanks). I loved my room, it was pretty big and comfortable, maybe a bit cold for my habit, fabulous bathroom with a big shower (I love showers with ceramic tiles on the floor). In my opinion, the great plus is the idea of the bag to let the staff know if you want they clean your room or not, with a gift if you decide to not clean that. Perfect position, just a 10 minutes walk from centre, next to the train and bus station (perfect if you have to go to the airport) and next to Galeria Krakowska.

Pros: Perfect location close to the old town and beside the big shopping centre and the trainstation. Nice view from the big window. The shower was good and spacy. We really enjoyed the delicate breakfast with different coffees from the good quality coffemachine which I specially appreciated ! There was plenty of choise to choose from. The fruit were tasty and the breads as well. I recommend this hotel for sure for everyone.

Pros: We stayed one night in March. We got in several hours before check in time. Not one restaurant in the area was open for breakfast so we decided to eat at the hotel. Breakfast was delicious I would recommend getting it with the room if possible. Since we were desperate to get some sleep we decided to upgrade to a superior room with did not cost very much and we go in right there and then. The room was a good size and very clean. In at the afternoon we got 3 cakes delivered and there was free water in the room. The area is wonderful, right next to a big shopping mall and the translation. Also, walking to anywhere in main Krakow from the hotel is a breeze.

Cons: The mattress was horrible ! I have never seen or slept on such a thing. Weird choice by the hotel to put that in the rooms. TV did not work but we also did not call to fix it.

The room was very high standard and clean, bed super comfortable. The bathroom was also high end, everything was really fine! They even connected the 2 beds into one upon my request - i was impressed! Free mineral water (free flow), also coffee and tee in the room. Friendly receptionists.

Cons: The breakfast was very low standard... The food was not good (the cheapest things from the supermarket), the staff horrible! We haven't been asked even once if we would like anything to drink and our table was full of empty plates cause no one came get it (not even once in 2 hours as we've been there). Basically, we've been totally ignored by the staff all the time. It's an absolute no go to allow other hotel guests to enter the pool fully dressed (socks, long dresses, headscarves, shoes, jeans and so on)! They should install signs and strictly prohibit the entrance if people refuse to dress appropriately like a swimsuit or a slip. I've never seen everything like that anywhere... I'm still shocked! With regards to the pool again - it was super small, full of families with screaming children jumping (!) into the water and not respecting other people. All the seats (there were just a few) were taken, no place for us to stay at the pool... Really, really small. We didn't get notified as we asked the receptionist to call a taxi for us after we checked out, that it already arrived. We've been waiting for 15 more minutes at the lobby waiting for it now knowing it was already there. Not a big crime but we were in a hurry to get to the airport... We did it nevertheless!

Cons: Then I left some laundry in my room in a black bag and they stole it! Crazy. I ream really nice taylored suits and shirts were just taken from my room. I was very upset. They denied taking anything, but know exactly what I packed and exactly where I put my things.

Cons: Unfotunately we got a room that was not cleaned properly. We called Room service, and they sent cleaning to our room, and we were immediately compensated.

Cons: Stayed on the 1st floor and for 4 nights over Thanksgiving weekend, which also happened to be the same weekend as Advent (Catholic start of Christmas season). The halls were a bit loud, but mainly from the noise of people walking up and down. There were a couple of parties at the hotel but they all finished at a reasonable time.

Pros: Radisson is perfectly placed in town to venture out and see Krakow. Perfect facilities and worth every penny. The hotel feels fresh and extremely clean. Decor is great and rooms even standard and a perfect size. Could not complain about a single aspect. We are returning to Krakow and will definitely stay at the radisson again.

Cons: My only complaint, which really is minor in the scheme of things, was that the shower was a bit finicky. The handle for the shower bar must’ve been somewhat loose, because even on low, it would always turn outward and would get a ton of water on the floor. Aside from that really minor annoyance though, the room’s amenities were great and I would definitely rebook if I’m ever back in Krakow.
