* I booked it the very last minute and arrived after midnight and there was staff ensuring 24/7 reception * Good location i.e. close to the old town and within walking distance from the MDA (coach station) and the Cracow main railway station.
* The room was cold during the night despite the advice received from the front desk to uncover the heater which was set to maximum (as it was partially covered by curtains).
