The hotel upgraded us to a kingsize room and provided us with a complementary bottle of wine and fruit which was very thoughtful. Also got room service which was very enjoyable and reasonably priced.
Lovely clean hotel, great breakfast with loads of choice, evening meals good also, great rooms, lovely staff
when we arrived we went for a drink at the bar, we ordered 2 ciders to be told they only had 1 left which was fine and they would be getting more in but they never got anymore the whole weekend, after our trip to Auschwitz where we were soaked through and we couldn't venture out again as we had to try and get our coats dried for the following day, it was pretty poor not being able to get what you would like to drink at the place we are staying. wouldn't put us off staying again though as it was the only issue we really came across.
Property is in a very convinient location, clean, breakfast was very good, with on demand eggs, as well as service in the breakfast room.
Since a very very long time, I have experienced such behaviour at check in, and afterwards from the same staff member. I mean seriously even in Manhattan or Vegas where staff is creazy busy, and officiall kidness is all You get :). But thats 400$ hotels/locations, you get along but with respect. I dont know from were this recruitment succeded, but its absolutely rude, unkind, cocky and cheeky staff member. For the good sake of the hotel guests & experienced I would absolutely keep Patryk as far as possible from Guests interaction as minimum. Simply beyond the words. Apart from little mean gestures, not coding cards to the room, to stoping delivery of thai food - for sake of safety ( altough I just crosses another guy on my floor just 10 minutes before ) . The behaviour of a boy from his twenty’s against a married couple ... really, during check in woo . Would love to meet this kind of clown in other circumstances, perhaps would explain the proper behaviour & respect to people not even guests, way more direct . Really I will follow up this first time in my life to the very end of Guest Relationship management at Hilton HQ. Hilton You do good job worldwide, just keep this kind of people away from Your brand
Fantastic front desk very helpful. Very nice restaurant staff and good food
As I have asked for quiet room. The only one which was available was room very close to lift and lift was a bit noisy but that's not something I would lose my sleep over
THE ROOMS AND STUF VERY GOOD.THE BREAKFASTWOUNDERFUL.
