Cons: No
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, amazing beds & pillows, very clean!
Cons: The only thing is that the bath tub seems very dangerous to get in & out. That should have a grab bar on the side & a anti slipping surface at the bottom.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Ideally located
7,9 Good
Pros: Location right on the water, peaceful, clean and comfortable.
Cons: Few staff weren’t the nicest people, rude ok phone when I called down for a clothes iron.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Incredible water view, nice room, beautiful bathrooms, wonderful lobby spaces, "Raid the Pantry" at night, restaurants on site
Cons: We were charged an "amenity fee" of $15 plus tax when we checked out. They very nicely explained that it was for free coffee in the lobby, newspapers, apples, etc. I don't think that was appropriate given the price of staying there.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: We had lunch in the Beach Cafe. It was great.
Cons: I did not like that we had to pay 23.00 to park
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very attentive to our needs, and met personal requests to make the stay special for our aniversary.
Cons: The parking situation left a lot to be desired. The second day of the stay there was a wedding scheduled. Even though I prepaid for parking I had to drive around the garage for about ten minutes before finding a parking stall that was open.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the view and location
Cons: Only complaint was no hot water in the morning for showrrs
3,0 Mediocre
Pros: Being able to kayak and location on the lake
Cons: Was woken up at 2am by a lady screaming at her drunk husband and then punching each other throwing things I had to call the hotel front desk that called security. Screaming did not stop for about an hour so I did not sleep at all

Pros: Every hotel and inn should be like this, clean, friendly, with excellent personal service. Bob and Karen have a beautiful inn in a gorgeous setting. I had the best breakfast there. Bob even gave me extra apricot scones to take back home for my husband. He baked them himself. Karen's cookies were also out of this world. I didn't get a chance to try their wine but next time I am in Seattle, will definitely stop by and try some.
Cons: Nothing

6,7 Good
Pros: There was an employee named Matt who parked our car, brought our luggage to the room and was the best person here. He did it all for us... great employee.
Cons: Check in at 3:30PM. We arrived at 4:00pm and our room wasnt ready. They checked us in and said they upgraded us to a suite. She said it had two beds like i had reserved. It did not have two beds just one. Very Disappointed. There were 5 other guests who checked in while we did and not one of them had to wait for their room... disappointed to say the least.
5,0 Okay
Pros: The gym was amazing and open 24hrs. The staff at check in was friendly. I had one good meal at Hearth (salad with steak - all incredible). The room was clean and nice. The location was great - we were able to walk everywhere and didn't need to use our car. The French pressed coffee in the room was delicious. We were able to check in earlier than expected. I like that the check out time is noon. I also liked the glass bottles of water in our room. We had a nice balcony and view from our room as well.
Cons: 1) no one on staff told us we had to use our room key to use the elevators. We thought they were broken until we figured it out on our own. 2) no one on staff told us that in order to get your room serviced, there was a special button to push inside your room. 3) we had to wait half an hour to get our car from valet at checkout because they had misplaced our car keys 4) my friend had and I had a meal at the hotel's restaurant called Hearth. My friends' meal and drink were terrible. The BLT sandwich bread was too soft, the bacon was also too soft, cut too thick, and was way too smokey. The drink from the bar was absolutely terrible (don't remember the name but was served in a bird shaped mug). The waitress apologized for the meal and drink tasting so bad, but did not take them off the bill, or consult with a manager. 5) I wish someone would have told me about the gym upon arrival and where it was located.

Pros: Very dog friendly! Great staff in hotel and restaurant. Comfortable room with all high end toiletries. Wonderful location for walking around Kirkland.
Cons: Would have been nice to have the option of self parking although we still would have chosen valet.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: We stay at the Heathman every time we visit Kirkland. The service is second-to-none. The rooms are nicely appointed, spacious, and comfortable.
Cons: The only issue was loud, rude, inconsiderate neighbors in the room next to ours.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful and spacious rooms. And the entire staff was warm and welcoming. Excellent location, too, for downtown Kirkland.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Quality of decor
Cons: Valet parking is only option makes amount of time from leaving room to driving away from hotel uncertain.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Central location; accessible parking
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The bed was clean and comfortable. Nice big screen tv. Location was great just down the street from Bellevue Square. Did too much shopping! LOL
Cons: Looked to me like the bathroom floor had not been mopped or vacuumed. I found several 5 inch long black hairs on the bathroom floor. My hair is light brown and short so they were not mine. The tub, toilet and counter were clean. Towels were clean and hair-free.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Pool and fitness room.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: It was quiet.
Cons: N/A
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Large room, very clean and quiet. Hotel is located opposite to Bellevue Square and there are plenty of restaurants and shops around and inside hotel big lobby. Downtown Seattle is about 20-30 minutes by car. Swimming pool and gym were included. Underground parking was convenient even if expensive.
Cons: Couldn't adjust bathroom temperature which was a little bit cold. Curtains couldn't filter out all morning light. Breakfast restaurant is undersized and crowded during weekend.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great!
7,5 Good
Pros: We liked the location very much, but we know Bellevue well...soooo
Cons: The decor is a bit dull and outdated. The walls are pretty thin and not that we heard other guests IN their rooms, but definitely could hear the other guests doors slamming a lot. Room service brought up a robe to me that I did not wear due to a stain that resembled blood on it. We also did not like that, although 13 Coins was right outside of our elevator, that we could not take beverages up to the rooms with us as a lot of other hotels offer so one can save on the room service fees and gratuities.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms, the amenities, the location, the staff, the ease of check-in and check-out, and the room service process and food. We also were given a credit because it was our 10 year wedding anniversary which was very generous and not expected.
Cons: Nothing.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: Staff
9,6 Excellent
Pros: It was in the perfect location in Bellvue walking distances to many restaurants, shopping, etc. The hotel itself was clean, properly maintained, and had very friendly staff.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the lighted mirror in bathroom & the soft feather pillows.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Large and comfortable room for a couple. Using the app was great, skipped the lobby and went straight to the room. Coffee place in the lobby decent, not too overpriced. Best part is free garage parking, BUT only for Fri and Sat nights...otherwise is $30/night. The free wifi was adequate.

8,0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the staff! Also liked that it was by a little park.
Cons: More breakfast items to choose from.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice hotel with clean rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast, free parking and a nice bistro. It's close to the parks where all kinds of festivals and farmers markets were going on during the time we were there. Everything is within walking distance.
Cons: We had a king suite and it is in the same area as their banquet rooms that people can rent for parties and such. We only had one instance where we could hear quite a bit of noise. It ended early and wasn't bothersome. Just something to note.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The hot breakfast is generous and delicious. The location is just right for us as we have family in the area.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The matress was super comfortable, all room facilities were lovely. The decor in the main section of the hotel, bar and pool were great!
Cons: I wouldn’t change anything.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: I liked the location a lot. It was close to shopping and easy to get in and out of to where ever we were heading. Breakfast was the best I've had a hotel in a long time. Would definitively stay here again.
Cons: I didn't like the noise from air conditioner in the room it was loud and faced the bed so there was no way muffle the sound. We had to turn it off just to get some rest. The other issue I had was on the second floor we faced the interior side of the hotel which had all the a/c units right outside the window. So every time a guest's ac turned on we had to hear the hum of these machines throughout the night. There was definitely no view from this side of the hotel on this floor. I would prefer a room facing the street next time or a taller floor.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything .
Cons: No almond milk
9,6 Excellent
Pros: All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and well appointed with free wifi. The included breakfast was great. Lots of choices and the omelet bar just topped it all off for us.

Pros: free parking
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, nice and overall a great hotel
Cons: Only thing missing is a hot tub or pool
9,6 Excellent
Pros: I liked how soft the bed was, even though my brother was with me snoring a storm the bed was nice and soft and melted right in. I also enjoy the jacuzzi it was funny I put a little too much bubble bath in and still managed to have a bubbling time LOL. The staff was amazing and helped me answering my questions.
Cons: I had spoke to an associate of the hotel staff a day before my arrival "Ian" I asked him how much room deposit would be since I'm using my debit card he told me $80, when I arrived on-site the day of I was told by different employee that it was $100 deposit. But when I told the associate about what Ian said room deposit was changed back to $80 I wish I was told the day before what the actual amount was instead of an estimate I'm guessing.

Pros: Everyone was helpful, providing directions to grocery store and such. Maid, in hallway, stopped to walk me to the corner to show me where the coke machine was tucked away.
Cons: Our service at dinner was less than stellar. Server didn't come back to refill tea or water. We were served our appetizers (didn't order an entrée) and that was it. We had to ask for our check after waiting & waiting.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Room.
Cons: Restaurant was very expensive. Not a very comprehensive satellite TV lineup. We miss the football game because you didn’t have the Pac12 network
10,0 Excellent
Cons: Everything was great. The hotel is located by 2 major freeways and I didn't know it until I got in the room. The person who checked me in was very accommodating the 3rd room I went to was quiet enough for me and we slept great. Of course like many hotels the pillows need improvement.

Pros: Bedroom, bathroom were clean. Anais provided excellent service at main desk. Clara does a real good job at the bar. Restaurant for dinner & breakfast was decent.
Cons: Drink prices a bit high, especially for Friday late afternoon/evening. I like to patronize hotel bar, but I can get better prices nearby. I was surprised... A charge for bottled water in the room? I don't run into that too often.

Pros: nice room, good location, nice overall design of the hotel. staff were friendly and helpful. there is a starbucks and subway downstairs, and various little restaurants not too far away.

9,6 Excellent
Pros: It was our honeymoon so I came in my wedding dress. They told us that they upgraded us as a congratulations. I was honored. The room was beautiful with a bedroom, livingroom, and nice bathroom.
Cons: Their policies make them a bit stiff and less accommodating. For example, we forgot our cellphone charger and I asked if they had one that we could borrow. Most other hotels that I know will loan you one that has been forgotten and they couldn't find the owners. This hotel had none to loan but some for sale.
