We reserved a 2 Queen Premium Suite for a family vacation (2 adults and 2 kids, ages 9 and 11). Sadly, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we have had. We checked in late and had an issue with our booking. The night manager sorted through our booking issue and made us very happy with what he was able to do. We got the room we wanted and had a very pleasant stay. Breakfast was amazing, don’t forget to tip the cooks!
