The location was great. Close to everything. Lovely and charming hotel with very friendly staff.
The rooms, building and antique furniture
The sheets were scratchy and pillows not great. Could definitely improve the quality of the sheets
The hotel and the rooms were really interesting. It was like being part of history. The rooms have been cleverly redesigned to make best possible use of the space. Rooms have all the amenities. Breakfast was good.
The staff was rude. After I left I got a call from front desk saying that there were two bottles in the fridge which I forgot. I told them that I did not know about them but the lady said the bottles were brought in during my stay! I know what I brought!
Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was large and well furnished with 2 comfortable chairs. Breakfast was served on the front patio. There was a toasted English muffin, a selection of jams, cream cheese and peanut butter. The hotel was very quiet.
Parking was very tight on the back parking lot but in summer you can park overnight on the street (not sure if this is true in winter.
