Pros: It was close to do many restaurants and pubs!
4,0 Okay
Pros: Staff friendly if unsophisticated and occasionally disorganized. Bar and restaurant good food and drinks, but expensive.
Cons: The first room I checked into smelled mouldy - the second less so when I got the heat cranked and it dried out a bit. Hated that I had to pay for internet, coffee, breakfast. Amenities bottles half full in the bathroom, lighting dim. Not a good value
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The location was great. Everything was in walking distance of where we wanted to go. Great night Life too!
Cons: The check-in was at 4 which Itcould have been at 3 and the check out was at 11 instead of noon. That's the only thing I would change.
7,0 Good
Cons: The parking garage area is not adequate; after a long day (& early morning to come) the front desk didn't know the actual clearance & had to find a lot for our van; for our car only handicapped sites were left. The most aggravating part of our stay.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: the rooms were great. Very pleased with the location.
6,8 Good
Pros: The hotel was very clean and our room was great!
Cons: Staff at the front desk were extremely rude during check in, even stopping me in the middle of talking to help another guest who came back up to the counter. The bell tower staff were also not very friendly. Elevators were slow due to "construction" (that was no where to be seen).
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was clean & the staff was friendly.
Cons: Rooms were kind of outdated.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Close to activities
4,8 Okay
Pros: Staff was friendly, but unsophisticated.
Cons: I was switched out of a room because it smelled musty/moldy. Food was good, but expensive, and I'm not accustomed to having to purchase coffe and breakfast when I travel. Amenities bottles seemed to be only partially full. Rooms were unremarkable, but clean. Staff was vacuuming my floor when I checked in around 5 pm. Internet slow, and again I'm not used to having to purchase a premium package for Internet. I'll stay in a cheaper hotel with better amenities and less focus on decor next time

Some people will be interested in the Tanger Outlets a few minutes south. (Not moi.)
Cons: Everything was nice.

Pros: We were upgraded and also received complimentary champagne because we were celebrating a birthday - our stay was perfect and the staff made sure to treat us very well!! It was so great, we changed our plan for another birthday and are staying again this weekend!
Cons: Wish there was a pool and valet parking
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The room was so nicely decorated, the bed absolutely the most comfortable bed and the shower amazing! I felt well rested here, which was very important for my business travel. Also, the staff was very friendly and helpful. All in all a very nice experience staying here!
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Trendy clean rooms with friendly staff
Cons: Parking was confusing
7,7 Good
Pros: The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It is located within walking distance of most places.
Cons: The room we stayed in was Not well represented by the City Flats Photo. I won't go further. But like I said the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. But I'm going to be wary of "boutique hotels" in the future. I would recommend for a business stay though.
9,7 Excellent
Pros: Great location and easy
Cons: Parking across street but not big deal. Maybe they could greet you as you arrive to take bags. Other than that- simple, great design and easy. We were traveling as a family with three small children. Walking distance to madcap coffee.
9,4 Excellent
Cons: Pool, better gym floor, parking
4,0 Okay
Pros: Bed was comfortable. Water pressure was good
Cons: No parking validation or breakfast. Didn’t feel like a good value.
4,0 Okay
Pros: Location, price.
Cons: Room was smaller than expected. Light switches were ridiculous. One had to be on to work another. Should be a fridge in all rooms. No dirty clothes bag.
9,1 Excellent
Pros: Loved the super soft bed and unique design of the room. The lobby/bar was very inviting and the staff was friendly.
Cons: The dumpster emptying at approximately 3 a.m.. Instead of just one dumpster, there were four which took a very long and loud time to empty. This was following by a loud air-conditioning unit buzzing outside our window. What should have been a blissful night's sleep in an amazingly comfortable bed was actually a very short night of sleep. Would stay again, but only with the "city view" room away from the dumpster ally.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The beds were extremely comfortable, though felt a little short. The feel of the room was very modern and classy. Really enjoyed the complimentary coffee delivered to our door the next morning. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was very quiet.
Cons: Found some dust bunnies under the bed/nightstand. Didn't have any shampoo in our bathroom.
4,0 Okay
Pros: Location was near everything.
Cons: The bed was very uncomfortable. Like a lumpy giant pillow. The heat stayed on even though we turned it to 66 degrees it kept the temp at 74 degrees. Difficult to sleep. Loud due to doors being so heavy, and the window was almost to the ceiling and didn't open.
6,5 Good
Pros: It's located near the city center and the staff is very friendly. The rooms also have an interesting style.
Cons: We were underwhelmed when we got to our room because the view out the window was another brick wall a few feet away. My girlfriend freaked out as she's claustrophobic.

Cons: Requested 2 queens. We’re told there were none due to construction. Had to use a pull out which I had to call down to get sheets for. Most frustrating of all workmen started at 7:30 Sat morning. I called down to complain but they kept going.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great, right down to the USB ports on the bedside lamps. I even had an unexpected lovely view of a little pond outside my window. It was 100x better than the previous hotel I was in.Hampton even let me check in early.

Pros: Beds were comfortable
Cons: Staff response to problems
7,4 Good
Pros: The room and hotel were clean. The desk staff was helpful, kind and professional
Cons: As a first time guest the hotel was a bit difficult to find. The driveway to the hotel should have a larger lighted sign. The address is a 28th street address but the hotel is far from 28th street along a unlighted service road. Signage needs to be improved for easier access.

8,0 Excellent
Pros: Our flights did not arrive as expected, but the hotel called a van/taxi to pick my son up at the GRR airport after the airport had closed. We appreciated that very much.
Cons: Maintenance seemed poor. Our room had bugs ( a couple), a tub drain that didn't work well, some kind of 'drip' inside the ceiling when the water above was running, and hallway wallpaper that had been stripped off the wall totally. However, it was clean.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The air conditioning was not functioning so the hotel walked us over to a different hotel with an up graded room...they were very nice and quick to fix the problem.
Cons: We didn't actually stay at this hotel.

Pros: The beds were super comfortable. Water was nice and hot good pressure.
Cons: The girl at the front desk Rachel looked stoned. Her eyes were bloodshot, she took FOREVER to bring up my room charge. Then she brought up the wrong one! I asked her if she charged my card to the wrong room, she got defensive and copped a bad atttitude! My room stunk and was musty for hours after I arrived. There were loud unsupervised minors up and down the halls at 1:00 am I checked out early and stayed some where else.

Pros: We enjoyed the location of the hotel. The location of our room was perfect for having a dog with us. First floor near an exit. The beds were conformable and water pressure was good. We also enjoyed the hotel provided plates, and napkins for our pizza delivery. Having a microwave and fridge in the room was very nice as well.
Cons: The toilet was not secure to the floor and took and minute to figure out how to flush it. The heating unit was louder than if a train was outside the window. I woke up every time it came on. I then had to turn off the heater to actually get some sleep then got cold. It was a struggle all night. The TV is a good size but the image was blurry. The pillows have lumps, I suggest you bring your own.
