We didn't have TV for the last 2-3 days. Requested assistance never followed through to come back for repair. The room had kitchenette no cookware or utensils. Overall the stay was good.
Pros (+) Nothing. Except the desk clerk was nice.

Pros (+) The staff went out of their way to be helpful. I was very impressed. It's not the nicest facility, but great price for a one night stay and very convenient. I would definitely stay there again.

Pros (+) They paid $1.25, I believe, in order to make sure I killed any bed bugs I may have picked up in their room.
Cons (-) I found bed bugs. They promised to credit me for my stay and they didn't. The internet is slow, the room was tired and outdated. I don't wish bed bugs on any one. You feel violated when it happens.
Pros (+) Joe the attendant at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, he bumped us up to a king room because the queen tons were unavailable. All in all a very pleasant stay.
Cons (-) Some of the other guests were quite loud (mainly upstairs) and the walls were fairly thin.
