Pros (+) This hotel felt new, clean and every single encounter with the staff was extremely pleasant. Every single employee was above average in helpfulness & friendliness. Also great location. Walking distance to everything.

Pros (+) The hotel was really clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly.
Cons (-) That I had to pay to get my car parked. I couldn't park it myself. When I tried to get my car from the valet I had to wait 45 min to an hour before I got my car brought out. Need better parking and valet service.
