Cons (-) The room was not clean at all. The floor was not vacuumed and the bathroom had hair all over the floor and shower from the previous guest.

Pros (+) The front desk was a little friendlier when we checked out.
Cons (-) Pool was still under maintenance when the sign and website clearly stated it would reopen by the date of our stay. When we inquired about it after we had already checked in for a couple hours the woman stated we can cancel our reservation. As if we can go somewhere else. That is the worst service recovery I ever encountered. At least apologize for the unforeseen delay or inconvenience. Obviously w...

Pros (+) Great location and easy to access downtown KC. Staff was pretty polite and awesome for moving our room closer to the other couple we traveled with.
Cons (-) Our fitted sheet for our bed had someone's hair all over it, that wasn't ours so we slept on top of the top sheet and our bed was rather uncomfortable and rock hard, but other than that everything else was pretty clean.
