Pros: Easy access to train station, stores and parking. Laundry machines really helped our extended stays. Would like to come back again!
Pros: The location next to Meitetsu Gifu station within walking distance even with luggages. You can request for extra hard pillows to your room and complimentary drip coffee and tea bags , however you have to ask for them at the reception and pick them up there.
Cons: Checking out was not a breeze as we have to rush to the train station for our train , we will held back over the receipt. Actually once you have checked in you will have to make full payment in all the hotels in Japan . It is usually their style to ensure no customer check out without payment. And upon our checking out , the receptionist at the front counter held me back for payment when in actual fact she is supposed to hand me the receipt instead of asking me to pay again ! Must be a new inexperienced Japanese speaking staff , and she had to ask her supervisor to sort it out ! Making us rushed to the train station ! Rather unnerving to be held back over the receipt .
Pros: Best location! From Gifu station to hotel only 200 meter and the neighbor are Mcdonald's and Family Mart. very convenient!
Cons: the carpet. After laying my luggage case on the carpet, the cover is all dust.
Pros: Recognized hotel chain and so reliable quality. 3 min walk from Meitsu train station. Small but clean room. Friendly and English-speaking staff. What a surprise to be served by a Chinese at front desk who helped a lot on our inquiries.
Cons: Breakfast wasn't cheerful, nor was the restaurant. Floor was a bit greasy. I've stayed in many Daiwa Roynet, and this one wasn't among the best.
Pros: Attention to detail and guest comfort, couldn't fault it
Cons: Nothing to not like
Pros: Good location, very near to Meitetsu Gifu station. Family Mart, McDonald, supermarket, shops and eateries are all nearby.

Pros: Great location, right in front of Gifu station. There is an elevated walkway and an elevator that will lead you to the property which is great if you have luggages. There is also a convenience store at the 1st floor for all last minute needs. It is quite a bit of a walk from the Meitetsu station, around 7-10 minutes, but it will take you to the train to the Nagoya airport as well as the highway buses to different parts of Gifu, I went to Gujo Hachiman for Bon Odori and it was easy to find the bus schedule, the bus stop and the kiosk to buy the bus tickets. This will be a good base if you want to explore different part of Gifu. The breakfast is also filling and the lady at the frontdesk counter is very helpful when I asked for information on flight and train cancellation due to tropical storm Krosa.
Cons: The breakfast lounge is cramped and need to wait for more seats during peak times. I wish the free coffee service is also open before 630am for early risers like me.
Pros: Breakfast, which comes with the stay, had a wide variety of foods to select from, including some western breakfast items. The coffee and tea flowed freely all day. The staff were very friendly and polite.
Cons: Tiny bathroom.
Pros: The location is right next to the station and we could see Nobunaga from our window. There are many restaurants near the hotel. The twin bedroom is big enough for 2 suitcases (1 midium 1 Handluggage) and the beds are wide! The price is absolutely OK with all standarts.

Cons: In an area with a lot of bars. Not a problem for me, but the atmosphere even in the early evening was a little drunk.
Pros: Location was great for those in need of a place near public transportation! Just a few minutes to get to Meitetsu station. We were only there to get a good night's rest so can't really review too much. Yes, the room was small but that's to be expected. Despite that, the non-smoking rooms and bathrooms were clean and had everything we needed (and even a little more for the price we paid). Staff/manager/owner(?) was cordial and helped us with our luggage. Also, our adjacent two room request was honored.
