I was placed next to the laundromat I could hear everyone talking all day and night from there break room. I checked out early they said I couldn’t get refund for second night even though I checked out by 9:30am because could not sleep with the chatter and laundry noise room 109 should not be used.

Pros (+) Comfortable bed. Clean bathroom. Nice large wood floored closet upon entry to keep all luggage in. Close location to downtown.
Cons (-) Very hot room. Only a thin pad and flat sheet on bed. Would have liked more bed linens. Dark room, outdated decor. I was very nervous about cleanliness but it looked good.

Pros (+) I stay in Juneau almost every quarter, so I feel like I have a solid bench mark of the hotels available. This hotel does the trick and is slightly above average for the city. Staff was way above average with friendliness and incredibly accommodating.
Cons (-) The old school metal keys as opposed to the key cards.
