Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the convenient location of the hotel. However, many reviews expressed dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas, the quality and variety of the breakfast, and the comfort of the beds. Several guests also mentioned issues with extra fees, outdated facilities, and maintenance problems. While some found the hotel to be a good value and appreciated the quiet atmosphere, the negatives often outweighed the positives for many visitors.
