Cons:
Their airport office closed at 6pm and our outbound flight was cancelled within 15 minutes. There were stranded passengers who needed rental cars (including me) and no rental facility was open. Not helpful at all. Instead of saving a few $$ of payroll, Hertz should consider this and have some way for stranded passages who need cars to access them. I will not use Hertz ever again.2,0 Poor

After charging my card and scheduling a pickup, I was told upon arriving that they were unable to rent me a car. I was told it would take 7-10 business days to get my money back, still waiting! NEVER RENT FROM HERTZ. Customer service rep was the rudest woman I've ever spoken to, when I asked to speak to a manager she transferred me to roadside assistance.8,8 Very Good

From the moment I got the quote online to the moment I returned the car I had a great experience. Employees at the Manhattan Regional Airport in Manhattan, Kansas, were professional and really knew what they were doing. The car was clean and ran well. My only complaint was the noise on the highway. It was difficult to even carry on a conversation. While I rented the cheapest car possible, it still was very irritating to have that loud noise for a 10 hour trip.Cons:
