Pros: I had reserved the car , & paid in advance, so everything went like clockwork when I picked the car up. The young lady that checked me in was friendly & knowledgeable. Even though it was 4am when I dropped the car off, it was convenient.
Cons: It was perfect just the way it was. Thanks so much

Pros: NOT ONE SINGLE THING.
Cons: When I arrived I was told that they didn't have a car as some weren't turned in on time. After waiting for an hour, a car came in but I was told they couldn't release it until it was cleaned. Another half hour later the clean car (SUV) arrived but then I was told they couldn't release it to me because they had a reservation for it. I left and went to Enterprise.
