Pros:Easy drop off
Pros:I had reserved the car , & paid in advance, so everything went like clockwork when I picked the car up. The young lady that checked me in was friendly & knowledgeable. Even though it was 4am when I dropped the car off, it was convenient.

Pros:NOT ONE SINGLE THING.
Cons:When I arrived I was told that they didn't have a car as some weren't turned in on time. After waiting for an hour, a car came in but I was told they couldn't release it until it was cleaned. Another half hour later the clean car (SUV) arrived but then I was told they couldn't release it to me because they had a reservation for it. I left and went to Enterprise.
Cons:After charging my card and scheduling a pickup, I was told upon arriving that they were unable to rent me a car. I was told it would take 7-10 business days to get my money back, still waiting! NEVER RENT FROM HERTZ. Customer service rep was the rudest woman I've ever spoken to, when I asked to speak to a manager she transferred me to roadside assistance.
Pros:From the moment I got the quote online to the moment I returned the car I had a great experience. Employees at the Manhattan Regional Airport in Manhattan, Kansas, were professional and really knew what they were doing. The car was clean and ran well. My only complaint was the noise on the highway. It was difficult to even carry on a conversation. While I rented the cheapest car possible, it still was very irritating to have that loud noise for a 10 hour trip.
Cons:The vehicle was cheap and light-weight. It was loud and lost traction a few times even though the road was clear.
Pros:The car itself was awesome, but it had a horrible overpowering cologne smell that wouldn't go away with fabreze or leaving the windows open on our whole trip.

Pros:car was clean, and comfortable. Surprised it only had a 10 gallon fuel tank. Great mileage.
Cons:Didn't like the fact that I had unexpected road detour and construction in the Tulsa area delayed my travel thus affecting my arrival time, and reallyI didn't like the fact that the office on Crawford Street closed at 6pm Forcing me to make a 4 hour trip in 3.15 hours with no lunch or break for fear of being locked out, without transportation, clothes for an overnight stay, not to mention the money for such stay. Really didn't like the fact that the female attendant, hinted or maybe suggested that I find another vendor. The new age technology that allows your employees 10 minutes to vacate the building after 6pm takes the customer service aspect completely out of your abiltiy to do business. But then again who really cares. You got your money and I got my ride.
Pros:Dropoff at airport went well. The key box was brutal to open in the cold, windy circumstances.
Cons:Your telephone was busy 40 minutes after our first call for airport pickup. At last a car attendant answered and brought a Chrysler 500 to the airport -- the only vehicle available. We rented it. No alternatives. The attendant was helpful, compassionate about the long delay. He said the manager was away and wouldn't return for an hour. In defense of the employees, our expected arrival was later than anticipated thanks to an airline scheduling problem. Nonetheless, having no car as reserved (Corolla) was unsatisfactory. The long delay was difficult to understand. Then having a bomber-size vehicle was disappointing.
