Friendly and helpful staff a Hertz location at Wichita Eisenhower National Airport.Cons:
This car rental was similar to two other car rentals I have experienced in Wichita during the past two months. Enterprise, Avis and Hertz all promised a minivan or large suv. Enterprise cancelled on me one day before I needed the rental, telling me two renters had not returned vehicles. Avis and Hertz only had smaller capacity vehicles available. It seems there exists a bait-and-switch approach to car rentals in Wichita, Kansas.10,0 Wonderful

There were only 3 of us in line, I was the third. There was only one agent working Avis first and Payless as a “side job”. The gentleman was polite and apologetic but the lady in front of us couldn’t get the credit card machine to approve her cc. It took 20 minutes while the rest of us had to wait. Payless was connected to Avis but different lines for each; there was no one line for Payless but attendants were all occupied w Avis customers - I had to wait until all Avis customers were attended to so I waited about 10-15 minutes until being attended to - there should be a Payless representative waiting for Payless customers or have one of the Avis representatives waiting on Payless customers or have Payless customers join Avis line.2,0 Poor
