Ok for staying a night
Checked in late but staff was quick and courteous and got the check in completed quickly. We got two rooms with queen beds. Good for the one night we stayed.
Expected a hotel but was a crampy motel space.
Older hotel with updated rooms at a good price
Good price, comfortable bed, fridge in room, great deck for guests to sit have a drink and enjoy sights.
Upgraded broadband for wifi needed badly, unable to use wifi in evening when everyone was at hotel.
spacious standard room
room inside the pool area was very hot, aircondition not working properly, had a hard time sleeping at night
bed and bedding was some of the best I've slept in.
bathroom was dated with cracked tiles around tub enclosure, toilet was very low
Staff was really friendly and rooms were clean.
The bathroom door did not stay closed. The TV didn't seem to work at all. The room's walls seemed very thin, I could hear the neighbours flushing and taking a shower.
Great indoor swimming pool; location was good, staff friendly. We booked a king size bedroom and were pleasantly surprised when we entered the room to find a full kitchen, dining area, sitting area and of course the king size bedroom.
The air conditioner was a portable unit and was noisy. Window opened so we had fresh air and no need to run the air conditioner. The heating units were on the roof just outside our room and were very loud when they kicked in during the night. Breakfast was good, but expensive.
The rooms were very nice and clean, and the location was excellent.
There wasn't a complimentary breakfast.
A good base to explore the nearby attractions of Jasper NP.Motel clean and comfortable.
The friendly staff make a difference, and though a short walk to the shops, it means the hotel is in a quiet area.
Nothing about the lodge appealed to my wife and I.
The hotel was the most expensive and worst of all the hotels we stayed in during our Canadian vacation. There was no seating in the room so to watch the TV one had to sit on the bed. The room was also cramped.
