Cons (-) Hampton Inn has changed their standard mattress. They used to be firm with soft top., but that is no longer the case. I woke up with a sore back b/c the mattress is just too firm. Does not contour to your back/body.

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's friendly and accommodating staff as well as its convenient location near major routes. However, many reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness, including dirty rooms and bathrooms, and several guests were dissatisfied with the breakfast quality. While some guests enjoyed comfortable beds and spacious rooms, others experienced maintenance problems such as malfunctioning showers, closed pool, and broken amenities. Overall, positive service and location stood out, but cleanliness and breakfast need improvement.AI-generated from customer reviews
