The vehicle was the appropriate requested size & handled the road well.Cons:
The vehicle wasnt washed or cleaned out before I picked it up. The radio in my vehicle did not work well. I think the antenna may have been broken & I feel the staff should have informed me of this fact when I picked the vehicle up or offered me anpther comparable vehicle. Upon drop off, myself & 3 other customers found the business door locked during lunchtime with no notice as to why & how long the employees would be gone. Although this is a smaller Enterprise locatipn, there should always be at least one employee on site during all posted normal business hours. There was no key drop box for overnight vehicle returns after hours.4,0 Mediocre

Although we made a reservation over a month in advance, when we checked in to pick up vehicle there was no vehicle. All vehicles had been rented out. We waited for a car to be turned in and when we looked over the rental there was a big screw going through the tire. This is the 2nd time we have used this location and the 2nd time no vehicle available for pick up at time if reservation. We will not use them again.9,2 Wonderful

Our pick up was quick and easy. At first we were told we would need to wait for a car to come in but then after inquiring if there was anything larger than our reserved vehicle, the Rep offered us a pick up truck at the intermediate vehicle pricing. Which we were more than excited to have. Drop off was no problem either.Cons:
The only issue with the vehicle was that the prior renters definitely smoked in the car. And not just cigarettes. There was a very strong weed scent that cycled in and out with the a/c. After a couple days the scent dissipated. It wasn't quite what we expected.10,0 Wonderful
