4,0 Okay
Pros: Not a lot.
Cons: Only one lift as the hotel was full of Spanish pensioners so a long wait. Very very noisy unable to relax for a quiet drink. Parking was a joke no room to park a large SUV and a long walk to the reception, again no lift from garage. Breakfast was a fight of first come first served them Spanish again it must have been their first meal for a week. If they were not there it would have made a big difference to our stay but I will not risk it again.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was what we expected and overlooked the pool. We had breakfast which included a good range of food, well prepared and cooked. It is an easy walk into the town centre which was very lively with a dance festival. The hotel was quiet and we had a great nights sleep.
9,6 Excellent
Cons: The shower wasn't hot, water was warm even when switched to max heat.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: What a perfect find!! Travelling back from Spain to England and wanted to stop before the tunnel to France. Lovely little village. Receptionist really helpful and she spoke English. Spa was perfect and we had it to ourselves which was delightful. Felt so relaxed in the jacuzzi after a long drive. Bed massive and comfortable. Cheap and good food in bar downstairs. Really upset as we are staying in a tiny hotel tonight which smells funny :-(
Cons: Nothing
6,3 Good
Pros: Breakfast good. Food in cafeteria good. Service in both areas good.
Cons: The room was much smaller than last time and much more expensive with only a shower and no bath. Cobwebs hanging from rafters. Did not like being on top floor.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The bed is so comfortable and the bathroom is a very good size with a fabulous shower. We always eat in the cafe which gives a variety of choices at a very reasonable price. Hoping to stay for a few days in the not to distance future.
6,7 Good
Pros: Good location just 5 minutes walk from the centre where there were numerous bars and restaurants to choose from. Hotel was modern, very clean and comfortable. Underground secure parking was ideal and the staff were friendly.
Cons: I booked the accommodation as it advertised and outdoor pool, we arrived early afternoon on the Saturday, in 26 degree heat to find the pool had no water! If I had know this I would have booked a cheaper hotel, I paid above average as the pool was the selling point. Very disappointing
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Bed so comfy and amazing views!

R1 101+
Overview Reviews
The hotel Eurostars Reina Felicia provides 76 spacious rooms full of light, of which 16 are attactive duplexes, ideal for travelling with children and 6 are junior suites, with lavish comfort. The rooms are very peaceful, transmitting relaxation and rest, many of them with fantastic views of Peña Oroel, undoubtedly one of the phenomena of nature that best identify the region of Jaca. The hotel provides facilities such as ski storage, hire of equipment, baby-sitting and, above all, a complete wellness spa for our guests to treat themselves to a luxury after a hard day of skiing.
5,4 Okay
Pros: Good breakfast
Cons: Airco not working properly, too warm in the room to get any sleep. After we mentioned it at the reception the next day, someone would have a look at it. Did not hear/see anything/anyone, but still was not fixed. At checkout the next day we were told someone had a look but was working as intended. We had the airco on max our whole stay but temperature did not get below 26 degrees :(
6,3 Good
Pros: The staff were nice but all seemed overworked as there were the same three people working for our entire stay I believe they must have been operating on a small number of staff

Pros: Everything was excellent
Cons: Nothing
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I am a lone female traveling in Spain. Had no preconceived ideas of what type town this would be. It’s wonderful. The location is very good in that it’s only a 15 to 20 minute walk with backpack and wheeled luggage from train station. Easy walk into town as well. Room was clean, modern and comfortable. Loved the shower! Couple running the hotel made sure I knew how to get around (their orientation to the town was excellent. I decided to stay here because I was interested in seeing an old monastery, San Juan de la Pena, a stunning structure whose game is that it once held the Holy Grail. There are no excursions for doing this, so they suggested a taxi (60€ round trip, plus under 10€ admission fee to the site- discounts for the admission fee was available to seniors and pilgrims holding the Camino credential (to pilgrims— you will love their sello). Besides the monastery, there are several churches worth a visit, as is a walk through of the citadel- forteleza
Cons: Nothing
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. It was a decent place to stay. It was the least expensive of all the choices and it easily surpassed my standards. It is not meant to be fancy. It was clean and the bed was good. The location is good, situated between the train station and the bus terminal- a five minute walk at the most to the bus. And you can catch the Camino and continue your journey with easy access. The city is upbeat and the action is also a short 5-10 minute walk where you will find plenty of choice of restraunts and shopping. It is all you need if you want a good basic hotel.
Cons: Seemed to be missing some light of day. A little less light inside than other places but hey you’re probably not there to sit and you have 24 hour access to the outdoors. Good hotel. Good staff.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The location was perfect, private parking, and the room a stunning conversion at the top of the house. Most comfortable bed, air con. and spacious bathroom.
Cons: can't think of a thing!
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Clean. Comfy bed. Great bathroom.
Cons: Walls made of paper. You can hear everything.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent, friendly owners and staff, fantastic value for money. Cycling friendly as we had bikes - let us use their huge garage and full facilities.
Cons: Nothing I didn't like.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Secure garage for motorcycles.

5,8 Okay
Pros: The location and underground parking. Housekeeping staff excellent
Cons: Dinner was limited in choice and not very nice. Breakfast was only continental available as coach party had been there before us and nothing replenished. Swimming pool was closed. This is not a 4* hotel
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The secure parking for the motor cycles was fantastic with a lift straight up to the rooms. Check in staff were lovely. Unfortunately we were unable to get in to the restaurant for dinner so we went to the attached cafe and had the most amazing tapas, €1 per tapas and a fantastic selection. The young lady on duty was amazing, so smiley and hard working.
Cons: One room was next to the lift and this woke the occupants up several times. The whole of our floor was woken by guests from another floor knocking on a door and shouting as they appear to have had a friend on our floor.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Close to town centre, only a short walk away. Swimming pool was good (although a little chilly). Breakfast was good in the morning. All in all a good stay.
Cons: Nothing
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Helpful, friendly staff. Useful location, easy access to the town. Spacious rooms. Secure, underground parking for motorcycles. Reasonable price..
Cons: Only a very minor point, some complimentary water would have been a pleasant touch.
7,1 Good
Pros: The location is great.beds comfortable and Wifi good.
Cons: We have stay here 3 times. The first 2 were great.Like all hotels this one is getting old and does not appear to be maintained very well. The bathroom was downright shoddy with mould around the tub and the shower/tub control very stiff and almost unworkable. We had no hot water on wake up after our first night sleep and it was not fixed and hot until about 2PM. The room was hot and the A/C was not working at all probably because the Hotel turned it off since it was Oct 7/8. The breakfast was plentiful but the hot items were cold and not replaced if you ate breakfast after about 9:30 AM . I suppose if you got there when it first opened it would be better. I would not come back again and not recommend to anyone else.

Pros: location. Staff were excellent
5,8 Okay
Pros: Nice pub next door. Central location.
Cons: Impossible to get to hotel roads blocked walked to hotel they gave us a zapper to lower pillars to allow us bring car outside hotel to bring in our bags. Zapper did not work parking was long way away difficult to negotiate one way system. The whole thing took well over an hour.

Pros: Excellent hotel, clean and a very good breakfast.

Conde Aznar - Jaca - Bedroom
11

Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, multilingual staff, and luggage storage. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
7,5 Good
Pros: A nice traditional hotel right in the centre of the town. The hotel has a parking bay for unloading but if you want to garage your car the garage is a good distance away - and from previous experience very very tight. The rooms are nicely decorated, there are no tea / coffee facilities, unfortunately, the bed is very hard.
Cons: The bed - very hard. The 'superior' room (with spa shower) isn't worth the extra cost. Fortunately we speak Spanish, the staff struggle.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful and kept really well. A home away from home
Cons: Very pricy. I’m sure if I shopped around I would get the same cheaper.
6,3 Good
Pros: The breakfast was average and the lady providing breakfast was quite unfriendly. But we did enjoy the fruit and I think that the price is fair.
Cons: We were expecting a parking possibility as this is quoted on the website when booking the room. However, on arrival, there was no possibility to park our car and we received a fine whilst clarifying this information!
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Great welcome from the owners to a stunning traditional hotel
Cons: Nothing
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The staff were lovely. The location is very central to the main shopping area, and the castle. There is a secure garage at the side of the property for motorcycles to park in. 8 large bikes would probably fit in if properly parked, so excellent for groups.
Cons: The restaurant isn’t open, but there is excellent food in the shopping area across the main road. The local authorities had the path torn up outside for repairs. Not the hotels fault.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Very pleasant staff. Very secure parking arrangements. Extremely comfortable room on the third floor, so the lift was welcomed!
Cons: The breakfast was rather disappointing. The bread/croissants were a little stale and the coffee was warm rather than hot. The choice of items was somewhat limited.

3,8 Mediocre
Pros: The property was in a good location, near to many bars and restaurants and the staff where very friendly and helpful. Reception was clean and inviting unlike the rooms.
Cons: The room was over priced, the parking extremely expensive, hard to find, damp and dirty rooms, only 1 plug socket, no hair drier and pretty shitty breakfast. Just felt uncomfortable all the time we were there.

Cons: You can't reach a nearby vehicle - the street is blocked. The employees do not speak good English. The hotel is adjacent to a noisy restaurant
8,3 Excellent

Pros: perfect location, descent breakfast
Cons: air condition would be a bonus
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect for a short-break
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The room was clean and comfortable but not quiet.
Cons: There should be soundproof windows so drunks on the street don’t keep you awake.
5,4 Okay
Pros: Clean and near everything.
Cons: We were given the wrong door code so had to wait outside for someone to come and let us in, no hairdryer, no aircon, no tea, coffee making facilities. Sloping ceiling with a velux window, even closed the noise from people passing and partying outside was horrendous until almost morning. Breakfast was a slice of toast. The room was unbearably hot and very basic. Never again!

5,0 Okay
Pros: Nothing much on this occasion!
Cons: We have stayed here on many occasions, I don't know if it's changed hands but the price has gone up and the quality has gone down. The breakfast which used to be good value and of reasonable choice and quality is now poor and to be honest the bread was inedible!! I'm sad to have to leave a negative review but having left positive reviews in the past it would unfair to potential guests not to warn them it's not like it used to be!!
2,5 Mediocre
Pros: The location okay
Cons: It was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in and the staff were most unhelpful
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Will go again!

Pros: Comfy and clean room. Perfect location for exploring Jaca
8,3 Excellent
Pros: I was up graded to the Hotel Mur. the old world structure and decor of the internal building.
3,3 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: If you have a car parking is a problem cost me 18.50 euros. Reception is not at hotel so you have to drag your bags 350 meters down the road to check in. Room was a dingy dark in the basement. Not recommended very poor value for money
3,3 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: No parking! But advertised Not very clean I could barely sit on the toilet as there was just no room Was not until after I booked it, I was told to go to another hotel for key collection and breakfast if I wanted it
