Fantastic location if traveling out of DFW, as long as you don't want to get any sleep. The property is located directly below a flight path. Aircraft are maybe at 1000ft altitude when they pass over. DFW is a nearly 24/7 operation meaning very loud aircraft are flying over all night long! The sound insulation in the hotel is just not good enough for the proximity to the airport. The facility itse...

Cons (-) Customer Service (of any kind), they were focused on themselves only. No bugs in the room/bed!!!!! Signage that was accurate and beneficial.

Pros (+) The location was right in between a few of the places we planned to visit which made travelling easy. We have small children, and they enjoyed watching the big airliners fly overhead. The pool was nice and a relaxing way to cool off after a hot day of seeing the area attractions.
Cons (-) We booked a king suite with sofa bed, but no sheet was provided for the sofa bed. The second night we stayed was going along fine until we turned in on for bed and found bugs everywhere on the bedding, nightstands, and sofa bed...they were small flying bugs twice the size of a gnat. We never opened any Windows so I don't know where they came from. We booked our room for a good deal only to find ou...
