Pros (+) The hotel is really nice and very close the airport with shuttle service for added convenience.
Cons (-) Staff was incredible and my stay was great! The only thing which is expected is I could hear the incoming planes to the airport

Pros (+) I had to catch a flight, so I just had coffee. Everything was fabulous. I wished I had gotten there earlier so I could have enjoyed the hotel more. The bar was great with lots of local craft beer on tap and they had great food.

Cons (-) I had always thought that the Westin was a nice hotel. Customer service was supposed to be first priority. Upon arrival at this hotel it was very nice. One of my stay was complete, as I had to stay two days here. I checked out and a couple of days later I noticed three separate incidental charges on my credit card which should have been refunded. Pros (+) We love the excellent service we have gotten from this hotel on back to back years, the staff is very friendly and super helpful. Especially so with our concierge Tony Santos he was wonderful he helped us with everything we needed and more.
