Kayak did a terrible job informing that this was an off-airport location. Fortunately, I had no luggage, so I was able to scoot inside before anyone else so I didn’t have to wait long. Some people had to wait a really long time. The car was not clean. There were stains on the seats. It was advertised as a “Fiat 500 or similar.” I understand from the size of the car that a Corolla qualifies, but in reality a Corolla is not similar to an interesting Italian car. For the $15 savings over a bigger brand like Avis, it was definitely not worth it.
***PICK ANY OTHER RENTAL PLACE*** this was marketed as an airport rental but unlike all the other places that are physically at the airport, you have to wait for a separate shuttle from the car rental location to offsite (30 minute wait), then a 20 minute drive, then sit in a sketchy facility for over an hour waiting for a car. I flew in early to make a meeting then missed it because the process took over TWO HOURS. They charge $25 for every single toll + $15/day for every extra driver. Wish I could give them zero stars.
The transparency on the location from the airport, the local limits, and general lack of cleanliness in the care made this feel like an extremely budget option that does not compare with the usual budget options.
The wasn’t much to like other than the price. The service took over 30 min to be seen. The car left front signal light went out when I left the parking lot. I get home from rental place and look at the car and notice that my front driver side tire is showing treads from being worn out, very very unsafe. I then have to replace the tire with the spare. Now I can’t use the car on the highways and am restricted to driving in city due to the 50 mph rating on the spare. A horrible experience overall. I’m wanting a full refund.
I didn't like anything about it and didn't rent the car. Advertised it was at airport rental and it was not. You took rental bus from airport to rental facilities and then had to call them to pick you up there. 20 min ride to their place. I had early flight next morning for drop off and they don't open til 7. They told me I could do a night drop off but had to take Uber to airport no van was provided. Horrible place for sure! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE! At least they didn't charge me for late cancelation. Then I couldn't get ahold of ANYONE to cancel ins that I took out. Advice? Stick with major car rentals. So I took van back straight to rental facility.
They oversold their cars I didn’t get this rental I need a refund.
