Not applicable due to the above
I was wakend at 4.55 am by noisy residents this carried on to 7 am I called the night porter to complain but the noise levels were awful they seemed to be next door or across the corridor next morning when the receptionist asked if I had a good night I explained the situation and she told me that two people had been removed from the hotel by the police although she apologised there was no mention of a reduction on my bill very poor customer satisfaction.
Clean & staff in breakfast room
Front staff attitude
Small room, not enough shampoo or shower gel, overpriced
Location was fantastic
Room was very basic, not even a complimentary bottle of water or even a biscuit for having a cup of tea which was very poor. And the shower was woeful to say the least.
