Great value for money!
I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights,When i arrived i booked in(earlier than expected as room was ready).I was given complimentey upgrade to the new Privilege Room! Wow such a lovely room.Would definitely recommend this room for couples. Also the young gentelman at the reception gave me an ice bucket and 2 chanpagne glasses for free to take to my room.Staff very nice.Great weekend for all.
None!
we stay at the Ramada Inverness alot the staf are the best
Excellent location very central, good facilities and lovely view.
Good location, easy to get around on foot to walk along river, various attractions and shops. Nice areas of hotel to relax in. Did not eat in as it was somewhat pricey. Noisy, bathroom not very clean, lovely view of garbage bins....was disappointing. Pool closed at 730 pm
Mattresses were very uncomfortable - should have been replaced 10 years ago. Difficult to regulate heat.
The room was well priced and in an ideal location for the shops, places to eat etc. The hotel also provides parking.
I have previously booked through booking .com and taken the room with the best price. The room on my last visit was fantastic. On this recent visit I was very disappointed with room. It was old and the wall was damp with considerable condensation. The double bed had only two pillows and the duvet was thin. In addition to this we had a dreadful time trying to turn off the shower, which was cold and had poor pressure. These things didnt entirely spoil our trip but I was disappointed as we were away for a relaxing evening, thinking we would enjoy a lovely room but unfortunately that was not the case. I did report these things to the reception who said they would log these matters. I have recommended this hotel, this visit altered my view.
Our two day stay to attend a family funeral was convenient for our purposes. The breakfast was very good.
We found the shower in our room difficult to control the temperature.
The reception staff were excellent, very helpfull, very friendly. nice place to stay.
Nice room, very central
A little too expensive for Inverness
Satff went out of their way to help when booking was not received.
close to town centre
car parking was handy never had to wait for a space. Distance from hotel for river walks. Handyness to restaurants.
Thin walls between bedrooms. When the toilet was flushed next door it could be heard filling up again as if it was in our own room.
