hotel was clean bed was comfortable staff friendly Evening meal was poor lacked in flavour and noodles didn’t go with the sea bass ! Steak pie meat a little fatty and potatoes were a little strange in taste! worst sticky toffee pudding ever and cheap ice cream ! We did eat some of it and didn’t complain to be fair ! but wouldn’t eat there again. Breakfast plenty to eat but some items not very warm...

Cons (-) The property is in a great downtown location. Unfortunately the hotel is in desperate need of a facelift as the hallways and rooms were worn down. Property also caters to Tour bus groups.

Pros (+) It is in a great location and the staff were very helpful
Cons (-) You could hear every step and door close on the the floor. There was no room darkening shade on the window, so light streamed in at 6 A.M.

Pros (+) Room was efficiently set up. Bath was up to date.
Cons (-) Public areas lacked warmth. Breakfast was efficient but not as pleasant as some of the competition.
