Pros: The atmosphere was very relaxing. Our Loft was beautiful and i extremely enjoyed sitting in the Bay Window while sipping my Coffee. My absolute favorite part was the Jetted Tub, with a Bath Bomb. It was a little piece of Heaven for me and the Husband.

Pros: I would have to say that you cannot find a better place for the money. It is in a beautiful section of town. It is just minutes from the center city. We only had the breakfast on Saturday, but I am sure it was just as good on Sunday. Hot and ready to go. Nothing but 10 stars from me... Thank you.

Cons: The staff was not friendly. The man who checked us in was rude when explaining how to open the door. He said that he couldn't wait for the next guest to get there so he could have a beer. Don't think I will be staying there again.

Pros: The place was great! I was in Indianapolis for work and I didn't want to stay at another chain hotel. I thought the inn was lovely. It had a lot of charm. It is an older building so it gets a little creaky, but I noticed that they are renovating or fixing up some of it. I thought the bed was very comfortable. There are also a few cute places where you can hang out or work on the first floor, such as the couches and the porch. If I return to Indianapolis, I would stay here again.

Pros: What a delightful surprise for two weary travelers. We were graciously and cheerfully welcomed and shown around. Our room was enormous with a spa-tub. It was spotless and very tasteful. Some B & B's are so over the top with flowers. Perfect!

Cons: I booked my stay for one room, but I was put in a different one. I didn't mind the change at check-in so I didn't ask to be put in the room I originally requested. However, if you do want to stay in a particular room, you may have to note it.

Cons: The bed and towels in the Portrait Room certainly need to be replaced. The mattress and pillows felt old and uncomfortable. If those two aspects were changed, I would have virtually nothing negative to say about my stay!
