Pros: The location was great! It was close to Main St and Easy to get out of.
Cons: There was no sign to indicate whether or not we wanted our room cleaned. The first day we got a knock on the door and we said no, but the second day we were gone and our room was cleaned. We would have preferred during this time (COVID-19) that our room not be cleaned during the duration of our stay since it would be nice not to have anyone else in the room during our time. Thanks!

Pros: It is a very clean hotel, run efficiently and the staff are great.
Cons: The workout room needs and upgrade desperately. I have stayed there many times and for some reason noise is an issue. Not as in the complaints by some people who whine about kids being noisy in the hall at 8 PM - that's to be expected to a degree. But when I stayed someone checked in early AM, and the people were outside yelling to each other over the sound of their running car. It went on for a while,and no one from the hotel asked them to keep it down.If you check in after 1AM and are to ignorant to think others may be sleeping, the the hotel should step in. I should add this isn't the first time late night checks in's have been loud in my stays there.

Pros: Appearance of the hotel is excellent. Very clean, modern and classy looking lobby area. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Bathrooms (which is usually how I judge a hotel) were great. Large shower. Breakfast was included which is a plus.

There was a parking attendant on weekends to ensure only motel guests parked there. They were doing repairs to the motel during reasonable hours.

Cons: High prices, coupled with a $20 per night parking fee not disclosed until check-in. Poor housekeeping - our room not cleaned/serviced after our first night. High priced, poorly made drinks and VERY slow service at a not crowded hotel bar. Wet, dirty towels found in stairwell of our building entry on Sunday night were still there Monday morning. The parking lot is a cluttered mess of construction materials and caution tape. And while the front desk staff was quite friendly, it can't make up for no housekeeping service, outrageously priced, watery drinks, awful and expensive parking or a general sense of disorder in the facility. Would not recommend this hotel at all.

Cons: As per usual, although it is amongst the most expensive places to stay in Hyannis, the bar staff treats you like they are doing you a favor by serving you. Extremely unfriendly and un-welcoming. We left during the day to find a place we would be treated better. Its unfortunate, if the staffs treatment and attitude towards customers matched the excellent location it would be the best place in town.

Access to the room was long, winding around buildings, up many stairs then down some more stairs. Made us wonder who could have designed such a difficult layout of rooms. At a minimum, hotel should offer bag service and an escort to the more difficult to access rooms.

Cons: Shower was small the grab bar was in the way unless your skinny and I am not. The girls at the front desk did not know how to explain where the room was. They told me around the other side. I parked around the other side. Then walked in after five minutes to figure out the key card. And went up the stairs down the hall thru the next hallway up another set of stairs and one more small set of stairs and there was my room. Right above the front desk. If your older or have lots of luggage get a Sherpa for your bags or go on a trip to find your room first. The rolling luggage cart will do you no good. Only the front entrance has a ramp.

Pros: Was in Hyannis for a wedding, found a great deal online that I couldn't pass up, upon arrival the staff was super friendly, the layout of the rooms are a little odd but oh well. Enjoyed the pool/hot tub which seemed a little dated but everything was great.

The property is run down, decrepit and we honestly feared for our safety pulling in. We did not even get out of the car to check in but instead drove around town to find a new place. There was a breakfast room with good selection of breakfast items with staff bringing in more pastries at 5 mins before breakfast closed so everything was good. Great outdoor pool an great indoor pool. Makes one want to stay longer.

We were on the first floor and could hear children running along the balcony at night and any jumping on the floor above us. But it was not a problem for us as the noise stopped before we went to sleep.

Pros: The room smelled good and I liked the bathroom as it had somewhat of a European feel. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We were in walking distance of Hyannis center, with lots of restaurants and the marina area. The room was basic and fairly quiet.
Cons: The clientele spent a lot of time sitting with large parties in the parking lot. That was kind of strange. There's no gym. The breakfast didn't open until 8:00, and there wasn't much provided- hard boiled eggs, frozen waffles, juice, coffee from a machine, badges and cereal. Pretty crowded since everyone had to wait until 8:00 to eat. The hairdryer didn't work and the overhead lamp stopped working while we were there.

Pros: A large group of us booked last minute, needless to say the motel wasn't as bad as we were expecting as far as cleanliness and appearance. Staff was helpful, AC unit was not functioning in one room when we arrived but was immediately repaired. Not far from Main Street.
Cons: We were told by not one but two different cab drivers that this motel is usually filled with "crack heads and hookers" and that if is housing for section 8. One of the cab drivers also mentioned that he dropped a customer off just a week prior and the man ran back out of the room stating a stranger was sleeping in his bed.

Pros: Location was great. Walk to town, ferry landing, etc... Pool was good, although small it was clean enough and great to have a pool. It was fairly quiet as well given how close to town it was and we were there on a Saturday night. Really close to some nightlife. About a 10 minute walk to Hyannis Beach.
Cons: The main entrance to each room was a glass sliding door, and locks seemed a little less than high security. It was hard to lock the door. The room itself was clean and had what we needed (beds, shower, toilet, TV), but was quite dated. I still think it was fairly decent value given what things cost in Hyannis at this time of year. During check in the front desk said that they had to "scan my driver's license and store it". I asked why they needed to scan and store it, how I could be sure it was safely stored, and what was the purpose of storing it if they had already verified it by looking at it. I offered to let them write down the details from the license, but I refused to let them scan it and the check in process was quite uncomfortable. They did let me check in, but only after repeatedly telling me that they had to scan it and this was their policy with no explanation of how it would be secure or why they needed it to be scanned and stored. In the end, they didn't scan it and never explained why they needed to do so. Parking was a struggle. Each room has spaces right in front of the room, but it seemed like everyone just parked everywhere. Even though we arrived only one hour after check in started (we arrived at 5pm), all four of the spaces in front of our two rooms were already taken and we had to park in front of another room about 100yards away around the corner in the other section of the hotel. Not a big deal, but had we arrived later there I suspect there would have been no parking available. Cons: the owners need to invest some money into the place. the bathroom door did not close right, the wifi was difficult and the sliding glass door to get into the room did not lock easily. The screen sliding door did not lock at all !!!

Pros: Location was fantastic, right across the street from the harbor and a 10-minute walk to the beach. Beds were nothing special but decent for the price.

Cons: Tourist season drove up prices to over $170, but motel was more like a $60. Add: Hooks in the bathroom, exhaust fan, more parking. Improve breakfast. Doors were rundown.

Cons: The jacuzzi in our room didn't work when we got there took them 3 hours to fix it. The tv only got one channel and was very fuzzy but they said they couldn't do anything about that and then the last night we where there we got locked out our room for over an hr because they couldn't figure out what was wrong with the door turned out to be the batteries had died in the card reader and after another 45 min all the manager said was here are your new keys have a good night bye no apologies or anything

Cons: The staff was not friendly. They were rude, yelled at us when we called to request extra towels. We were told by front desk breakfast was until 10:30. Went down at 10:10, and breakfast was over. Apparently it ends at 10. The man was very nice and apologized. He said we were the second couple that was told 10:30. Other hotel guests came up to us and asked if the blonde at the counter was rude to us. Apparently, other guests were yelled at by her as well. The room was disgusting. Ants were climbing along the window. The bed was broken and held up by a wooden board. The furniture looked like it was from the side of the road. And we stayed in one of the more expensive suites! I was told by a local this hotel is considered a "party hotel" for the locals. They don't keep it up because the locals trash the rooms. We are a couple in our mid 30's who were looking for a romantic night away. I would not recommend this. In fact, I have traveled all over the world, and have stayed at many other spots on the cape, and this is the first time I've taken time to write a poor review. I understand things can't be perfect all of the time, but this was horrible. Dirty, very rude staff. I cannot come up with one good thing other than the man who apologized to us for breakfast. You can get something much better, in the same location. Look elsewhere! It's worth the extra $20 to stay in a spot that isn't littered with ants.

Cons: This place was pretty scary. The windows of the hotel look like they haven't been washed in years. There was water damage spots and paint chipping in the rooms. There was a giant jacuzzi tub which I didn't understand the purpose of. The bed/sheets seemed clean but the rooms in general were gross.

Pros: I really liked the location, which, honestly, is why I picked this hotel in the first place.
Cons: I did no like that no where in the hotel description did it mention that it was formerly a Cuddle and Bubble..complete with in room jacuzzi and a ridiculous amount of mirrors. I expected to see one on the sealing. Instead, I saw where there once WAS a mirror by the markings on the ceiling. Kinda creepy.

Pros: The location was the best part! Within a mile of the water and right on Main Street so you didn't need to drive. We also got a good deal on the room via kayak.com so it was a good price for our value. I'd stay there again but not for full price.
Cons: I was nervous booking because there were great reviews and terrible reviews, especially with cleanliness. Our room was okay/decent. They definitely could have cleaned better but it wasn't bad. The room was also a little run down and you could tell it was older but it didn't matter to us.

Cons: After a 3 hour trip we got to the hotel to find out it had been closed by the board of health. No one contacted me, they said they had. The owner argued with me and told me how I was lucky they were willing to send me somewhere else, which was 30 minutes further from my original hotel. I will NEVER go back to that hotel even after the issues are fixed. Their customer service skills suck!!! Stay away, there's WAY better places in Hyannis!!!

Pros: We loved that we were overwhelmed with the scent of bleach when we opened the three room door, to the point we even had to air out the room by opening the window. This might be a negative to some people but to us it means that we didn't have to clean the tub ourselves to be sure it was clean. Front desk person in the AM was very cheerful and efficient (can't say the same about when we checked in)
Cons: Luckily my husband and I could tell the difference between clean and things (such as the mirror in the bathroom and the plug in the tub) needing replacements or updates (but I'm sure it is tackled on the off season.

Pros: Location, comfortable and clean rooms, including large and very nice bathroom.
Cons: Rooms and beds are updated and very comfortable, except for the old and very noisy AC/heating unit. The grounds and pool maintenance have been ignored. The grounds completely and the pool lounge chairs are very old and uncomfortable. Also there used to be umbrellas by the pool. Now there are only 5 or 6 , half of which are broken
