For a relatively new motel, you could already see signs of run down. I.e carpets in halway dirty and worn, swimming pool filthy. A little bit of care invested and you would have a nice stay. A breakfast offering in the morning would have been nice.

Pros (+) Very simple. All one needs for an overnight stay. Bed, bathroom and shower.
Cons (-) Bed a little firmer than I like but otherwise everything was fine.
